Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about what the best tool for the job I was doing. I felt comfortable going in there even though I'm not an expert on tools.

As a keen DIYer I have purchased a number of power tools from Blair, Murray, Steve and the team and have always been impressed with their high level of technical knowledge for each tool and what accessories I need to use with it to complete the job I’m doing.  Always friendly and ready to help me out, there is also a tool repairs workshop out back which is convenient.  Thanks guys, highly recommended.

Bad experience with getting my nailguns fixed....had to bring the framer back an extra 2x before it was properly done very unhappy and finishgun 2x till was working properly
