I am a locksmith and I source quite a bit of hardware from handle solutions. I recommended them without reservation. Their prices are competitive. They stock hardware at just about every quality/price point. They are experienced installers and know their products well. They have saved me many headaches by informing me of good product alternatives when a specific part cannot be found, special considerations for installation of certain hardware, and when I should avoid a certain product for a specific application, even when it costs them a sale.

Have been dealing with Handle Solutions for a few years, they supply most of the door hardware we use for our clients. We find them to be reliable, reasonable prices and great selection. We do all of our own installs and haven't had a problem with any of the hardware quality and they've always been happy to help source product for us when required.

Mid way through this year I had new wooden bi-fold doors installed by a master builder. I felt the best solution was to have the experts install the handles/locks so went to Handle Solutions. I took photos of my doors so they could see the size and style of my bi-folds. They recommended lovely handles and locks to do the job. Unfortunately they were not all the correct ones that eventually fit. Different installers made numerous visits to get it right. They installed the top and bottom locks which have after only a few uses have come away at the top. I have asked Handle Solutions to come out to see if the locks were installed correctly as I can not open the doors without the top part of the lock coming away from the bi-fold frame. Gary has just rung me to say they will not come out and check as they have lost enough money on my job. The job would have paid for itself if they had done the job correctly in the first place. I would not recommend this company.
