Potts Point Laundry

Friendly, funny and helpful owner/manager (Lisa). Good machines. Self or full service. Slightly longer hours than competitors helps. A nice relaxing place to catch up on your vacation laundry! A note on the one-star reviews: obvious trolling with an agenda. The prices for the machines are the exact same you'll pay anywhere. And there's more machines here than in most places, and the management here is nicer and the place is cleaner. But that doesn't mean there won't be some cranky person with an issue that's clearly got a toxic agenda. Just pay attention to the number of reviews and the clearly brain-addled posting from multiple accounts (I'm looking at you, Crazy Mr. "Noronha")

DON'T GO HERE!! Expensive, bad service and unhelpful staff!! They occupy the few large $3 machines themselves. The only thing left is the $4 and $5 machines. Drying $1 per 5min which is ridiculous, it's $7 for the hour around the corner on Hughes street!!

This is possibly the very best laundry service I've ever come across. Having lived in the area some 40 years and in particular Potts Point for the past 25 years, Lisa & Terry provide excellent service. They are a true credit to the industry that other similar nearby businesses could learn from as far as courtesy, attention to detail and timeliness - nothing is a problem. Great !
