I have used these dry cleaners regularly and unfortunately, I've just had a shocking client experience. In short, I took a Camilla dress there to be cleaned and spoke to the owner prior to leaving it to ensure they were comfortable and had experience in cleaning these delicate items. I returned to pick up my dress and upon unpacking it noticed that they had, through the cleaning process, ruined the dress. I took it back to ask if they could fix it, to which I was told no and it wasn't their fault/problem. Not only has one of my fave dresses been ruined, they wouldn't even compensate by refunding the dry cleaning cost and essentially told me it was my problem. I certainly won't be back using this place and would advise caution to anyone else who dares.

Have lived in the Eastern suburbs for many years and have tried several dry cleaners in the area.These guys do the best & most caring job on premises at a great price- 3 items for $18.50 to get the clothes clean -and importantly with a very minimal chemical smell -unlike many others- as well as friendly customer service.Highly recommended.

The best dry cleaners I have ever used. Great service and clothes are always perfect! I recently moved a little further away but I still walk back here (past at least 2 other dry cleaners) to get my clothes done here!

I've always come here, ever since I moved to Sydney in December 2014 and they are the only place i'll go, perfection every time.

Without question, THE BEST dry cleaner in Eastern Sydney. Michael, the owner, has an incredible memory: recalls names and addresses with ease and thus greets me warmly every time. He delivers, and the quality of the work is unmatched. Performs miracles. I have moved twice since living close by, and now commute further just to get my clothes done here.
