I absolutely agree with everyone who left 1 star to this store below. I'd give no stars if I could. - Customer service? None! Just zero. I'm like many others saw an item I intended to buy which happened a few times, and having walked in the store and being ignored or witnessing poor attitude, I walked out and spent my money online. I have to say I did give this store a fair go, thinking people could have had a bad day. But in this case it's a consistent and ongoing process of poor customer service, the lack of it. I'd never go there again.

The ladies who were working this afternoon 14/01/22 were amazing. Lovely ladies. Very helpful & probably the best people I've been served by in a clothing store.
Leanne was very rude, there was no customer service and no warm welcome when entering Portmans. This has happened multiple times! As very young adult who shops there quite often I feel looked upon, especially by Leanne!
I walked into the Orion store earlier today, as a lovely pink coat caught my eyes. I intended on buying this coat and possibly a couple other items I quite liked. However, I was not approached once, nor was I asked if I required any assistance. As someone who works in retail, this is unacceptable. I watched the salesperson approach a mature aged lady just in front of me, but completely disregard me. This is not the first time it has happened in this store and I believe it is because I am younger and they seem to only approach people they believe will buy something. Though, in reality, the only reason I am not spending my money on this company's beautiful clothes is due to their appalling retail service.
The lady that helped us was amazing but when i returned items she wasnt very happy.
