Lovely little store, fully stocked with beautiful clothes, staff are friendly and helpful, came up to us and asked if we required help within minutes of being instore. Great job guys...
Great clothes though range at the moment is slightly boring prices are great! Staff today extremely rude. No greeting or smile, watched me around the whole store, pushing trolleys of clothes towards me while I was looking at sizing. Lucky I looked or I would have been hit. A simple excuse me has never hurt anyone. When I noticed them coming I apologised, yet not even a response.
variety and pricing was great , staff could be better. I went a couple of times and both times the staff were very dull, did not greet . When I asked for more variety on jackets she said they did not have any. But I looked I could find 3 other types . Staff is the drawback for this store
The worker at the time didn't have great customer service skills at all. She didn't speak to me during the first 10mins I was there until I spoke to her, keep in mind I was the only person in there with my family at the time and when I asked questions she had a condescending tone to her answers. She also appeared to be watching me very carefully as I was looking through the racks. I shouldn't of purchased from this Dotti store but I did. I refuse to return due to this experience and would rather drive the extra distance to Dotti at Mt Ommaney who always have great customer service.
This lovely lady Kim had a lot going on with deliveries, working at another store and then trying to get organised yet her customer service was outstanding. She gave me the basis of my outfit by listening to my needs and I left a very happy customer.
I always seem disappointed shopping at Dotti. I've never been greeted in store by staff, who always seem to be in personal conversations with each other. The photos of the clothes on the website area heavily edited and don't look the same on the rack at all. The quality is also not as good as some other similarly priced shops at Orion shopping centre.
Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Walked out with everything I needed and more at a great price!
