i'm severely disappointed in the lack of customer service at this store. I work in the centre, and on my lunch break i visited this store on two occasions. both times i didn't receive any form of acknowledgement when i walked into the store, and despite trying to ask a few questions to assist me, i was basically talking to a brick wall. the ladies did not lift their head from their computer and unfortunately, whilst i did come in to purchase a few things for my daughter's birthday, i physically could not spend money in this store.

Worst policies to exchange refund faulty n low quality cloths.
We were asked to visit the same store we brought from, so if you buy it in Sydney and relocate to Brisbane you to travel Sydney to get a $19  refund
