Good Chinese breakfast - Shanghai dumplings, bowsers and dumpling soups, Shanghai fried noodles. All very tasty - the meat in the dumpling is great ! we will be back here again and again - 24km drive from home !
Some items would take longer to cook, about 20mins of wait. Their dumplings and wontons taste alright. Decent pricing.
Their steam bun used to be quite nice, but I feel the quality is declined. For example, the verge supposed to be chopped finely, but it's getting rough and chunky. Only pork and leek bun is alright currently. They other dishes are not recommended personally. It's bit harsh to comment on something, but tried many times and always feeling disappointed.
Food is nice baozi, dumplings noodles etc. The service is questionable. The older staff are pleasant to deal with and friendly. One of the younger girls has a bit of an attitude problem and doesn't seem to know how to treat customers. Snatches money from your hands and tosses food on table in front of you.
Good home style food. Cheap and tasty. Everytime I head over to Hurstville. I go here with family and friends. Large portions and value for money. Enjoy
Poor service from start to finish. Food came out cold and all dishes at random times. Waited the longest to be dished out food even though we were the first in. We asked what some foods where but the lady nor may staff could translate what it was. Wouldn't even give it a one star. Not worth it.
Delicious and amazingly cheap food, cheaper than cooking at home! Lots of different dishes and plenty of vegetarian options. Small shop with seating in the heart of Hurstville walking distance to everywhere. Also does take away.
Probably the best cheap traditional Chinese buns in Sydney. For breakfast, I would say it's the go to place for Chinese. I usually get buns, fry dough and Sou milk. Didn't order any noodles or dumplings recently so I can't review them.
My fathers noodles were clumped when served, not even properly cooked. My brothers eggs within the hot soup were still cold right out of the fridge. An overwhelming disappointing experience. Dined here on a thursday lunch when not too busy for reference.
Great steamed buns with a good variety of fillings. They also do good dumplings, soups and noodles. Cheaper and just as good quality as some of the more upmarket dumpling places in Hurstville.
