This is a happy customers response to a review written on the 24th of August for Poolwerx. I have had my pool since 1996. I used to take my water sample to various pool shops around Burpengary, Caboolture and Morayfield when my pool was first installed. Not only did I find the service and knowledge to be lacking somewhat but occasionally the chemicals I was told to add to my pool either didnt do what they were supposed to do or had an adverse effect on the balance of the water. A few years of trying different pool shops for my testing and occasional equipment purchases I decided to try Poolwerx at Burpengary. I had been previously told that Poolwerx is slightly more expensive , so I was a little apprehensive in that regard. But my first encounter was really good. To this day the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to assist me with my water testing and any inquiries I may have at the time. I have been using Poolwerx Burpengary for 11 Years now and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional pool shop. I would also like to thank Darren, the new owner, for assisting me with my recent equipment failures . Thankyou for your speedy and competitively priced service Michael - Morayfield
