Literally the worst click and collect ever last time they left me out there for 20 minutes and forgot about me and this time they didn’t even put all of my items in bags and the items they left out were glass which makes 0 sense. One of the glass jars smashed all over my drive way because I had no where to put it and it fell out of my car. The girl today was also so rude, do better.
Coles has a wide range of products and their bakery section is fantastic. Prices are reasonable, and the store is generally well-organized. Sometimes queues can be long at peak hours, but overall it’s a reliable place to shop for grocerie
Had such a pleasant experience at the deli today with a young girl called Shelly, or something along those lines. Poor thing was all alone, but she radiated such a positive energy and had excellent service skills. Would definitely come back to be served by her again!
I would have thought that in peak times when the aisles are busy with customers that Coles staff members would have to give way to customers? My young son walked through with the trolley, the Coles staff member pushed through and hit our trolley then sighed at my son. Obviously the old school number one rule of customer service doesn't apply in modern times that customers come first?
Purchased some drovers choice scotch fillet steak very dissatisfied with quality. Won’t be buying meat from burpengary coles again used to be good but gone down hill since shops been rearranged.
