Ordered online for delivery as i couldnt leave the house due to having surgery the day before...jad to pay maximum delivery charge as needed items same day. Delivery missing all frozen foods total $41.85. Coles refused to redeliver missing items just offered a refund had to argue over 23 emails as to total as they were saying $36, I sent screenshot of order 4 times which meant I needed to go and purchase items again, missing the point of paying $15 for delivery....refused to refund delivery charge. It took 22 emails to get a contact for a formal complaint. I still don't understand why they couldn't redeliver the missing items. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Love the variety of home brand items and my bank account loves it too! Click and collect is super convenient when I have my little ones in the car. Also the cashier Isabelle is an absolute delight!
It's a very spacious store with a great variety of products. I often visit on Fridays when they have discounts. I'll definitely be going back. Thank you!
Went through just now at 6pm and not only was there plenty of staff to accommodate shoppers but the shop was spotless and the young lady Isabelle who was at the register had a great personality, had us leaving the store with such a positive experience.nThank you Isabelle, we will be back for sure!nn*ps - the bag did not break
Always short on items in the vege section. It's annoying because I have to go elsewhere to finish my shopping
