The most unhelpful crew I’ve met, I asked if Kmart had Afterpay in store for clearance items and they said no and when I went to the Register, what do you know Afterpay accepted it. They Were super comfortable with straight up just lying to my face and not being very helpful with delivery options as I had a full massive lounges to get into a car or where loading bay was
I had an unfortunate experience with a product that Kmart sells, stood in line for 24mins only to be told its out of warranty and they cant do anything.nnHowever Chris was able to help me sort it out, turns out the product was discontinued anyway goes to show the quality was probably not good enough to continue selling maybe?.nnOverall, long wait, bit of back and forth but was able to sort it out amicably thanks to - i believe - a decades long serving team member.nnTo corporate: The quality of products leaves a lot to be desired. We ALL know these are just elcheapo products rebranded, don't be so strict with your 12 month warranties. Consumer LAWemphasis on the LAW part training should be given to members on the return desk where applicable.
Absolutely horrible experience. I went into the store to exchange a present because I had been delivered the wrong one. I attempted to look for it myself and couldn’t find it because how much of a mess the store was. I decided to ask a worker in the same aisle to help me, and she just glanced at the shelves and then told me “Yeah we do have it in stock if you can find it” and didn’t help me.. I eventually gave up and picked some different items to exchange it for that added up to the amount of the original item and went to the service desk to exchange it to just be told to just return it and buy the items myself and the money won’t come in for another 5 days. I didn’t have any extra money on me so I had no choice but to leave empty handed and now I have to make another unnecessary trip to Kmart next week. Im not happy and I feel like my time has just been wasted. The store is always disgusting and untidy, it’s horrible trying to find items because they’re never in the place they’re meant to be in. I understand it’s dreadful picking up after customers, i used to work at Kmart morayfield. But do better because this is not the level of standard you should be giving customers.
I feel disgusted and annoyed !!! I spent over $200 on Kmart wishing tree, placed 3 items in the box to come back the next day and notice 2 OF MY DONATIONS WERE MISSING…. The other item I placed in the box and all the other items were there apart from stuff I had placed in. I feel disheartened because I made those purchases for children in need for them to be taken out/stolen absolutely disgusting
