I have always experienced the greatest level of service at both POND HOME and POND FASHION. I have been shopping with them both religiously for years now, the owner and staff take the time to understand what I'm after each and every time. For years I have been shopping with POND and I will continue to shop with them for years to come. There is no shop like it, the brands at both Fashion and Home are beautiful. I highly recommend you come have a look.

I've recently visited the pond home store in Mosman and experienced impeccable service. I was greeted by a lovely girl in the store who was incredibly helpful and assisted me with my purchase. I was highly impressed with the quality and range of stock available and will definitely be back for more.

As a returning customer at POND, the level of service offered by all the sales asstistants was nothing short of exceptional! They are always attentive and towards my needs with the highest level of product knowledge. I will always enjoy shopping at POND!

An upsetting and humiliating experience. I had been with the sales girl for about 5 minutes regarding Belgian Linen cushions, when she suddenly started serving someone else and completely ignored me. My very last Pond visit. No more Belgian cushions, or Matisse chairs ...
