A steep site in places and no good parking nearby. We parked across the road as it was luckily not too busy on the road...but even on a quiet day you can see how busy the road the cemetery is beside would be. It is near an intersection governed by lights. There is a bench seat available to rest but I didn't notice any taps for water....it is good to have water on tap when cleaning graves and to wash your hands when leaving. A site full of history of early settlers and there appears to be an area where Maori were buried but no plot markers in that area.
