I simply cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a bit of a drive down a dirt road but so worth the travel. The grounds and restaurant are so beautiful, just walking from the car park to the restaurant felt like we'd been transferred to Europe. The food was incredible, super fresh produce and perfect pasta. The wines are also top notch, the Viburno 2013 was sublime. I will be going back for sure.

The best place I've been so far on Waiheke Island, best wine and food. The staff is amazing, really make you feel special, the food reminds me of Italy, the heart of Italy and God knows its hard to find that familiar taste while travelling. Ive been in many countries tried many different italian restaurants but Poderi Crisci is one of the best. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely go back there!

Enjoyed a spectacular anniversary dinner last night. The degustation menu was excellent and was made even better by the fantastic service we received. The wine menu is perfectly chosen for the food and the surroundings are perfect. It's well worth the drive out of the main town area and we were both so pleased with everything about the night

Very fine dining. Nice to see a restaurant that makes no concessions of any kind to food faddists. Here's the degustation menu, eat it or starve. Italian food at its most delicate. My only criticism would be the lack of any reasonable quality beer on the drinks list. I don't drink Italian beer for the same reason I don't drink British wine. It's 2018 and not everyone likes wine. The lack of a nice grown up's beer on the menu seemed a bit careless.

Amazing place, great views and atmosphere. Staff were lovely and helpful. The food looked great but the vegan options were very bland... at least there were options and they tried. Awesome location for a wedding and any celebrations.
