Visited Saturday. Was told by staff that I will get 20% discount off shoes, but manager needs to sign it. Came Monday, manager says no discount on sales. Waste of two trips to tea tree Plaza and clearly wasted staff/manager. Last time for me here.
On numerous occasions the customer service has been atrocious. If you don't fit into the demographic that they aim for, you are completely ignored. All we have wanted is to spend our hard earned money but when you aren't even acknowledged it makes it a bit difficult. Working in the customer service industry myself i know what is involved in giving a high level of service, thus keeping repeat customers .Business is all about that and word of mouth is one of the most important tools for this. Remember the customer is the one paying your bills !

Had a great experience since i needed a comfy pair of shoes that would last. The sales guy was new but was super helpful in getting me just the right size the whole experience made me feel Wanted as a customer which was great.
They were really rude today when we went there Told me I should not allow my children to wear nike max shoes at school as they aren't safe Do you want the sale or not lady!! I felt offended and she was happy to walk off making faces at me when I asked for someone else to serve me as she was as stale as crusty bread Poor sales group can't imagine there sales Nothing like back in the day when I managed a major store in marion shopping centre Girls like that get 3 hours a week max Shape up or your business you work for, Lose money and you lose your job due to poor sales You could be making alot more Maybe some extra training would not go astray We wont be back Spent a few good hundred at rebel sports instead Great range of shoes all in season for cheap! They have afterpay also !! I guess the owners of the business don't read all these reviews ?? I feel so bad for the owners, trusting these people to run a business, yet people are running out and not returning?? Really poor attitudes and not fit for sales !!

Went in to buy shoes today, and despite a greeting from a staff member who was already serving a customer, got ignored by everyone working there. Clearly these sales people don’t want any sales so I took my money elsewhere.
Amazing place with great people! Loving the vibes in there. Been here a lot of times and also getting love. Highly recommended for others living in Adelaide, Australia. Keep up the great customer service everyone.
I walked by the shop today then I noticed a sign on the window they had Puma shoes endorsed by The Weeknd so I thought I'd go have a look. Tried on the shoes and they were awesome! Very comfy be aware they cost 200. Taylor the salesperson was lovely! Received great service from her today! She helped me out with what size to go for and as they didnt have size 7 for me, she called the city store and requested one to be posted at ttp for me so I wouldnt have to go there myself transfer costs are covered by them. Great service! Will be back sometime to buy more shoes from them
Avoid at all costs, go to Footlocker at TTP instead! They will soon sell you shoes! But dont expect good customer service after that if a problem arises! They told me to contact head office interstate! So i did, but that hated being told my rights and facts! They were so rude! They even banned me from contacting them from their Facebook page and emailing! Really immature and childish on their behalf! I am afraid they wont be getting anymore money from me! Go to Hype or Footlocker instead! Platypus shoes claim they do not need to honour Nike's warranty even after my shoes started falling apart! Or remember to keep your receipt, even though i can prove everything and it's all in their computer system they don't wanna help anyone!
