New management is great! Cars get cleaned very well, less waiting times. In the past the old guy who used to run the shop used to refuse cleaning my car few times. New guy does a great job in less that 15 mins, car looks spotless, will always come in to get my car cleaned.

I took my car this morning and the boys at the car wash got it done in less than 10mins, the car was looking like an brand new car afterwards. They use quality products. The in an out was less than $20 but it looks like a $50+ $$ job! The very best thing is i have found the car wash for rest of my life!

Amzing work ethics i took my dirty car after the long weekend and the boys at platinum hand car wash did an amazing job on my car. They use quality products. I am a very fussy car owner when it comes to the chemicals used on my car. Olatinum hand car wash uses Autosmart chemicals and very pleased with the job. Best $100 ever spent. Thank you again to Shaun and the boys at Platinum hand car wash. 
Will definitely visi again with my othee 2 cars and made them as my regular detailers.

Did not wash the car properly at all. Left cleaner to dry on the lug nuts and air nozzle cap screws of my custom wheels. The lug nuts themselves are $190. Paint has been completely ruined, I have tried to clean it off myself but it won’t come off. Therefore the products they use must be very harsh/low quality for the cars exterior. Also, I noticed them dropping their micro fibre cloths on the ground and would pick it up and continue to wipe the car with it. Will be speaking with management to sort out the damages to my wheels because of their extremely poor service.
