Atrocious worst customer service ever received, attempted to book in 4 times for a car wash and every time the response was we are booked today come tomorrow. Called in advance got told call early morning on the day and on the day also same story. We will prefer and wash other drive in cars who pay us full price before yours so you can come and try we can’t say how long it will take and even said to me you have a groupon you didn’t purchase from us go talk to Groupon 
Will never recommend this place to anyone had such a poor experience even before I could get car cleaned

Visiting from interstate and went to Springvale Homemaker Centre to do some shopping, decided to have our rather "large" Ram washed by Enviro Friendly Hand Car Wash. I would like to thank them on a great job they did on our vehicle. Is was professionally cleaned inside and out, looked great and definitely value for money. Only problem to far to visit on a regular basis. Recommend *****
