Friendly staff, always service with a smile. Gym equipment is really good with ample parking as well. Evenings are really busy but 24x7 access makes it easy to exercise at your own ease and pace.
Manager Michael, had a genuine smile when he greeted me in a warm and welcoming way. I joined because there is a women's only gym room upstairs. Heaps of equipment in the main gym, plenty of cardio machines and the place is staffed 24/7!

Power house with 24*7 access and spacious to do whatever workout you want to go for though a bit unhygienic. Could be improvised if the rules should be followed.
Love this gym... just resigned my membership and i love it!
