Had some issues with my account being locked and access to gyms denied however it was due to a small miscomunication and the manager quickly redeemed herself by reopening my account and allowing me to pay my overdue fee a few weeks late which was great news and made me feel like a valued customer. Good customer service. Good save. Good review.

Attended this Gym as my regular AF undergoing renos. Warmest welcome given to us from Werribee by Vanessa and Kev who ensued we had a positive experience during our two weeks. Noticed in house trainer Kev doing PT sessions whilst l was there. No two workouts looked the same and he was genuine and enthusiastic with his clients!!! If you are new to the Gym or have hit a plateau with your training this guy would be a definite go to. Vanessa runs FREE yoga classes on site a real draw card but unfortunately l didnt have the time to go. Room for improvement at this AF, ventilation needs an upgrade and some of TV's dont have sound or limited channels, but l have to say that dedicated, genuine staff made up for this.

good but not par with other fitness clubs in facilities, requested wifi and got it next week. would be gd if they add the music selection screen like other AF clubs.

Didn't pay membership for one month. My key was deactivated THAT SAME MONTH when I tried to go so I assumed my membership got cancelled and just forgot about it. Got a text 3 months later saying they were going to get debt collectors on me if i didn't pay for the 3 months that I didn't pay for. Even though my key was deactivated from the first month I didn't pay. So why are they making me pay for a service that I didn't have access to? I would understand having to pay for those months if my key wasnt locked out and all of that. But to pay for a service that I didn't even have access to? Furthermore my contract was only for 3 months which was long passed in 2015 so I didn't think I had a legal obligation to stay at that gym if I didn't want to. So anyways I payed for the three months anyways because I just wanted it to be over with. And I called after to cancel membership. Girl on the phone seemed very annoyed all throughout the phone call. Also I realised i only owed $194 but they took $217 out of my bank account... for the 3 months... that my access was locked out. BUT in saying that. The 2 guys that I see in the gym office are really nice and the facillity is usually clean and tidy. They just want you to pay for all months you don't pay even though they lock out your key. I do acknowledge that I should be paying anyways, but my card that direct debit was linked to had expired and as my key was locked out and I dont go to the gym as much anyways I just figured I would just let them cancel my membership. I didn't think they would threaten to have debt collectors deal with me for a membership I was already locked out of.

Super friendly members and staff plus great equipment by far the best anytime I have trained in.
