The child minding at this gym is EXCELLENT! Theresa, Sandra, Diana, Kim and Maria are just wonderful, helpful and caring. Ive been taking my little one since she was 5 months old, she's now 13 months and she loves it! It gives me a chance to keep fit and healthy and she has fun too its win-win! I would not have been able to keep up a gym membership without these ladies, so well done ladies! This alone makes up for any shortcomings the gym has, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to any mum who wants to put her kids in great hands.

This Gym's quite untidy and a bit small. Parking sucks too. You're lucky if you get to park after 15 minutes. I only love the female's changing room because it's sizable. Other than that thumbs down

Great Gym! Always clean (UNLIKE HOPPERS) Staff are friendly, facilities are great Never an issue :)

Although this gym is further away from some of the other gyms in the area I live in, it has all the equipment you can need unlike other gym franchises, especially the cardio area is great. They offer group classes which I have never taken and the PTs seem to be knowledgeable when dealing with clients. I am not keen of the equipment layout because it feels like I need to hunt for the right machine I am after, but that is a personal preference. Most of the people visiting here are friendly, however I do agree with others that people at the reception are not very welcoming. Some of them are so grumpy it looks like they have had the worst day of their life. They do need to put a smile on their face, no matter how fake it is. The hygiene levels in general are good, the gym is cleaned every day at night but there are people who don't use towels or wipe after they train leaving the equipment sweaty which is an issue and I believe there should be something done about this. I must say it is not an issue only with this gym, but at any gym you go to you'd find this type of people. Overall a 4 out of 5.

Everyone should check their accounts when their contact is complete because goodlife might still be charging you. Apparently you need to give 30 days notice before the completion but they do not warn you.
