The store looks a bit un-hygienic. Pizza was great. No proper sitting area is a concern as well.

Terrible customer service. They burnt the pizzas and told me they would remake them and give free fries and garlick bread which was fine things happen but instead they boxed up the burnt pizzas with no extras as promised and got out to car and tropical veggie looked like tropical charcoal. Went back in and seemed gobsmacked that i wanted non burnt pizza they seemed to think it was all a joke. They remade and gave us free soggy salty fries with still over done pizza but not as bad. Will not be going back.

Ordered a gluten free pizza (as I have a serious allergy, am coeliac) & got home & realised after a few pieces... it wasn’t GF. Was in insane pain for that night & the next day... fighting off going to hospital. Called the manager the next day & he was extraordinarily rude! Refused to offer me an apology unless I was to provide proof of the pizza... he accused me of lying & hung up on me. When I went in there was about 7 males working sitting behind the counter on their phones all staring at me, customer service was extremely poor as hardly any of them spoke English... didn’t speak loud enough & were very slow & even over charged me. Extremely disappointed with this service, especially from the Manager.

Great staff. All very nice people. Pizza is very fast and good tasting. Will definitely be back

A nice new shop interior does not change the poor customer service skills and staff processes.
