To be short - the best pizza in Christchurch. Helpful and polite personnel, great pizzas, incredible style of the place and the atmosphere in the place is strongly supported by tons of funny themed details you may see all around yourself in there.

The staff took 15 minutes to tell me my order was ready when I had been waiting for 20 minutes. Then when I got home I realised they hadn't given me the garlic bread that was ordered. Good food but really poor service.

Went in after a long day, they had order problems (computers down) I had to wait a bit longer for my order and was a tad grumpy about it. Their customer service was very good and they were friendly and apologetic to people on the phone, and sounded like they were trying to fix the problem actively. I had a long day, and was disappointed with the wait but I keep people waiting at times as things can happen, and I thought their duty manager handled the situation well and did offer amends for my trouble, being polite despite my frustration. I would go here again, as I feel the customer service is polite, courteous and I do like my pizza!
