We physically went to the store. The staff were friendly and nice. We didn't know what deal was best for us, so they helped us out to ensure we got good value. The 3 pizzas were ready in a jiffy, and they were delicious with plenty of toppings. Overall, we were very happy with the service and quality.Food: 5/5
I ordered chicken pizza and I got a beef supreme. When I call the kogarah store they say they haven’t received the call and they refused to give me the chicken pizza that I ordered.This is super annoying. I am a Hindu and I don’t eat beef . I want this matter to resolve as soon as possible or get my money back. Spoke to the manager , she says she can’t resolve the situation . Even asked her to give the owners number where she refuses. Worst customer service ever . Don’t recommend anyone to get a pizza from this store in particular. Pathetic customer service
I ordered a cheese side dish and a large pizza with extra toppings because I know how stingy they are with the toppings. The side was cold in I definitely wouldn't recommend this store anymore the middle and we had to microwave it and there were no extra toppings on the pizza even though they were paid for. What makes it worse was when I called to let them know the lady on the phone argued with me claiming I was wrong.
Paid more than $50 for seafood and vegetarian pizzas with chewy, hard and crunchy crust.
Worse pizza I have had. I asked for beef pizza thin base less cheese. Ten minutes later thick base lots of cheese staff need to listen. Am not happy expected better Peter

Ordered two large pizzas with drink online. I went to get the pizza, the gentleman was on his mobile phone, he handed over the pizza, had to ask for my drink was expecting he will give me one as it was online order and already paid and he hardly looked at me, no smile, no words - Pizza Hut you got to improve your customer service skill.
Had the deep pan meat lovers & super supreme, good average pizza. It would be nicer is there was a bit more topping and less burnt. Pizza tasted slightly burnt. Add some garlic, parsley, chilli flakes and oregano, they taste better for me.
Small size pizza. The Large pizza is just medium size compare on other place. Also the toppings to crust proportion is bad.Food: 1/5
Ordered the ultimate hot and spicy and was pleasantly surprised at presentation and generosity of ingredients. Was ready for pick up at time allocated also. Have traditionally been quite disappointed based on past orders in terms of distribution of ingredients and presentation. Glad it seems that they are now doing something about it. Hoelfully they keep this up as will be back if so :
