Hariri Chickens was established in the year 1984 as a small restaurant in Bondi with the concept of fast food. After transferring to ‘Halal’ food and relocated to the Canterbury, Lakemba district, the restaurant started growing from the first stage as a famous place amongst the crowd. Hariri Chickens provided accessible and affordable high quality food products to the thousands of residents and visitors located in the Canterbury region and became the “go to” place for BBQ chicken, Receiving 3 business awards in the Canterbury in 2009, 2012, and 2013. After a 23years in Lakemba, We relocated to Kogarah! Our first time in the St.George district and bringing with us a “complete, high quality” evening experience for those searching for something that is rapidly becoming popular among the public. Not only will patrons be able to dine on “Comfort” food. Customers will also have the option of enjoying Hariri’s signature unique flavoured BBQ Chickens which is what the establishment is most renowned for. In time, Hariri Chickens will establish itself as a “ destination” of choice to the many residents of Sydney’s South-metropolitan, as well as numerous out of town visitors.

Hariri Chickens serves juicy and tender charcoal chicken wrapped inside the thin flatbread. The family deal is great which comes with yummy salad, chips, and drinks. Or you can grab a burger or a wrap to-go. The selections from the hot bar are irresistible, especially the Lebanese chicken rice. I love the spicy fried chicken and the fattoush salad as well.  The staff are so lovely. A true local family-owned- business.

Pretty good value and tasty chicken. Skin really well seasoned and meat falls off the bone but can be a little dry.  Pickles, garlic sauce and pita all very ordinary. Chips weren't amazing either  Overall quite a good feed for $16

Me and my friends come here at least once or twice a week!! We've been coming here since highschool.. highly recommended for anyone who is looking for the best bbq chicken and burgers in St.george!!! The service is always on point!  Anyone going Must try spicy fried chicken, their bbq wings Angry Franky burger.

Absolutely the best chicken in sydney right now. The bread with chicken that they have is a flat thin bread much nicer than standard Lebanese bread. Highly recommend

This place has lots of potential but unfortunately the staff have no idea how to serve customers. You have people waiting for a salad for over 20 minutes or no acknowledgement when you walk in. If Moe the owner isn't at the shop they do not serve customers properly. However the food is great, one star for poor customer service.  5 stars for Moe though.

We really enjoyed our traditional chicken made on gas. We also loved everything else including chips, garlic and salad. 5 stars. BUT we didn’t enjoy the customer service at all, they are very rude while speaking to the customer. Also, the tables and floor are not very well cleaned, as they should always be cleaned every time a customer leaves. We highly recommend this place for take away only while eating at home.

One of the best customer service, perhaps in entire Sydney. I just walked in there, and asked for 4 pieces of chicken fry. The owner guy, came and he said its on the house. How cool is that? Even the boys also treats customer very well. May God give more abundance to their business.Food: 5/5

If you have the time to wait, you won’t be disappointed. There is a reason this place gets packed around dinner time, it’s worth it. And by the time your turn comes around, all your food is freshly cooked and sublime. Even the side dishes are of equal quality to the chicken. So do yourself a favour and try them. Personal tip, the mansaf is a must have.

Always order our roast chicken from here . They come wrapped in Lebanese bread which is delicious in itself.  Also comes with a nice garlic sauce if that's your taste.  About a 20 minute because of how busy they were but they tell you upfront and it was accurate wait time.Food: 5/5

We LOVE the combo Deal One at HARIRI CHICKENS! For $30 you get a whole chicken wrapped in deliciously thin bread wrap, chips, salad, bag of bread, garlic sauce & 1.25 drink we always swap the drink for rice instead & as a family of 3 we can't finish it all in one meal! Serious VALUE!!! Not to mention the staff are really lovely! My daughter was excited to have the crunchy bread that comes on top of the salad, so asked for a few more pieces & they gave her a bowl full plus a whole take home bag!!! We will continue being repeat customers & what's more I want to now tell others to check them out
