We ordered a chicken supreme pizza but the person instead wrote a super supreme pizza. When we went back to tell him, he said that he heard super supreme even though I still said I wanted a chicken supreme. I told him that I want him to take the pizza back and make me a chicken supreme. He said no and that we would have to pay him $10 more to make a chicken supreme. I said to him that he can keep his pizza and that I don’t need any pizza.
You guys LITERALLY JUST accepted my order, TOOK my money... ONLY THEN to tell me via your Pizza Tracker that the delivery can't be made. I will see you at the counter tomorrow for a refund! UPDATE: It's been a week since my incident with this store. I'm only adding to this review as I cannot reply to this thread & everyone needs to know how poorly organized their "customer service" is. I followed this review up by calling the 1300 number provided & after a week has passed, I STILL don't have my refund. You might get lucky if they file an incident report against the store but you won't see your money again. This store & it's "customer service" are a JOKE who do not have the customer's interests as their priority. You made a mistake & decided not to correct your errors. I hope at least ONE person reads this & has a serious second thought about ordering food from here. The store robbed me & that's just not on!!!
Worst pizza ever waited 2 hours for Delivery when we rang up a hour and a half we spoke to Manager witch was so rude about the Situation and told us to shut up and put up with it and on top sent the wrong order! Best be leave we are taking this to head office!!!
3 pizzas delivered with Drenched with BBQ sauce overpowering the pizza. Call the store to complain but was told by the store manager Neil the pizza was fine and he checked it, won’t remake the pizza and issue a refund and was told to contact head office to get a refund. It was late with nothing else open so used napkins to take out the sauce see image - still couldn’t eat it so ate a few pieces and threw it in the bin. Will be calling head office to complain and receive refund. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT STORE!
I have always loved pizza hut more than any other pizza franchise. And look forward to my occasional pizza treat. But when I received my two pizzas I was very disappointed with the shorty rushed job. My super supreme was unrecognisable as it wasn't topped all over nor was the cheese spread all around. The capsicum was almost non existent and u can tell the person making the pizza had no pride in his/her work. I've provided photos as evidence. The second pizza was a chicken supreme and it was slightly better but it too didn't have the topping reaching the sides nor did the cheese. This experience robbed me of my usual happy pizza hut experience.
Ordered a Supreme and BBQ chicken the Supreme certainly was not Supreme tried a peace and through the rest the BBQ chicken was terrible the only good part was the garlic bread ... a waste of money and quality was a minus 1... when I called I asked for the 24.95 deal only to be told it was 38 dollar then it got corrected .. Not happy at all.
Had very bad experience, waited long for pickup. Had worst pizza ever, ordered traditional base but got thin. No taste at all, was burnt, look was awful.
Pizza wasn’t tasty and wasn’t very cheesy, we also got the mac and cheese and the middle if it was cold. Not happy
Just realized I had never ordered from Pizza Hut so decided it was time to give them a shot. And I must say it was a really pleasant experience. I ordered a Butcher’s Block on original Pan and Surf & Turf on Thin and crispy with 2 diet cokes delivered. I specifically loved the Butcher’s Block and thought it was out of this planet. The crust was fluffy and soft and the meats were amazingly juicy and saucy and not dry at all. The cheese was still stringy when I pulled up a slice. That’s how fresh the pizza still was when I got it. The Surf and Turf on the other hand was okay but not impressive. I did love the fact that the crust was still crispy and the prawns tasted fresh as well. The pizzas were delivered pretty fast after I had placed the order. All in all it was a great experience and will order more often from them since they have awesome deals now. 2 large pizzas with 2 sides for $29.9 pick-up or $5 more for delivery. And I can now say I personally prefer Pizza Hut to domino’s.
I have order chicken supreme pizza and confirmed again but the man in the Pizza Hut told me that you order super supreme and we don’t have any policy of making another pizza of free if you want another one you have to pay another 10$ for your pizza and he speak rudely with me as it was his fault.Thank you Pizza Hut for your worst experience.
