this domino’s has been my family’s choice of pizza for 9 years, however we have all agreed never to go back. they offer vegans pizzas which amuses me given they have never made the correct order. don’t offer vegan pizzas if you don’t intend on putting vegan ingredients on the pizzas. i have ordered pizza about 12 times in the past 12 months and not a single time have they made the order correctly. not to mention the pizza is always undercooked, along with the garlic bread also being raw which has made all of my family members sick more then once if i could give them a lower star rating i would.
Best pizza i have eaten in Australia so far. She made it like i asked like perfection at its best. Thank you so much for returning back us the real Dominos Pizza Taste
Ordered pizza through an app. and waited for more than one hour. Didn’t get delivered so I Rang to store. At first the guy who answered call said the pizza is already delivered by driver.we always used to get automated call from dominos before driver rings bell” didn’t happen this time.” But the guy on call said pizza is already delivered and we are LYING He then said he will check and give a call back in 5 minutes.But he didn’t. I had to ring back again and girl answered this time.I told her we haven’t received pizza and she told she will send pizza. So that means they never send pizza. So I asked her to get me manager. He then said will send pizza after telling us liar.what a rude customer service…. Got a pizza after 2 hours Never gonna order pizza now Be grateful I didn’t wrote your name.
Ordered 3 pizzas and they were very burnt. Tried to contact them on Facebook and submitted a form, I am still ignored. Better go to pizza hut Nundah
Do not recommend, ordered margarita pizza & two CHOCOLATE thick shakes. Watched someone who looked 12 start making them and then stop to answer the phone , but when we called maybe 5 times before coming in we were not answered , but now this kid is prioritising phone calls over us , after maybe 20 mins of him going backwards and forwards to these milkshakes his coworker clearly told him to finish the milkshakes and he just walked away and eventually we got up and told him to finish them , took him longer to make them then the pizza , and we get in the car start driving home and it’s CARAMEL . Not to mention the rude attitude we got when we called back to tell them they made the wrong flavour insisting that it was chocolate when it clearly wasn’t
Firstly a big shout out to Alana, who made some exceptional pizza's! The team at domino's clayfield is always nice and helpful. The restraunt is also always clean and visually appealing. The internet ordering system is also very easy to navigate. Overall a good dining experience.
Cheapie dinner with dessert. As I was driving past I stopped in for a take away order. Service was prompt in ordering and delivery.Food: 5/5
There was an error with the app ordering cheesy crust on one of the pizza deals for the second time, so I phoned up and asked if I could get cheesy crust and pay the difference. Ryan was really helpful & he delivered my order and was super polite and said “we’d already made it on classic crust, so we gave you the correct one for free”. Thank you so much! Ryan is a legend :
Ordered loaded pepperoni and Hawaiian. Seriously where was the cheese? Hardly any!! Toppings so uneven. Could do better myself with supermarket bases.
Will never order here again. On two seperate occasions I have provided valid voucher codes. The response ‘ they aren’t active’. Confirmed by head office store, however head office wouldn’t take order due to backlog and distance. Was told to phone Clayfield back and let them know head office had confirmed it. Yet again denied. Staff are so poorly undertrained. Management refuse to get on the phone when asked. Will be providing a detailed complaint to head office.
