The customer service and quality of food here has really improved over the years. I admit, the first times we went about a year ago the staff were somewhat rude and looked very disinterested when taking the order. But the last few times we went, they have been really friendly and engaging. The place has clean areas to sit for customers waiting for their order although we’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an order, even when it’s really busy. We always get the wicked wings from here and lately they’ve been extra crispy but perfectly tender on the inside. They always supply extra napkins and spoons if we order coleslaw or the chocolate fudge as well. I think there has been some good training behind all of this. If so, we’ll done. This KFC has become the best fast food place in our area! You’ll be sure to see us again when the craving comes.
The staff at this KFC are super friendly, and the restaurant area is always clean & tidy. Their food is always spot on & how you would expect it. They can get a little busy on Friday & Saturday nights with dinner rush hour pickup, but definitely worth the wait. I would recommend ordering ahead through the KFC app
Ordered dinner instore to have at work as I can't leave once at work. When I went to dish out my dinner, Id ordered the 10 nugget meal deal. Only got 5 but paid for 10. Called them up and spoke to a guy, was surprised my call got answered. He apologised about the order. Said will email a voucher, which he did. So that's something, at least. It's just disappointing that there isn't pride in work or customer service in these outlets anymore. The nuggets were awful and had to throw them out they were that dry. There's just no care factor.
UPDATE- I went into store seems the staff were unaware of the phone message service and were apologetic and replaced the entire meal free. Was happy that the feedback was received and that we identified an issue with phone that they can rectify. The kfc Clayfield store often leaves items out - tonight we ordered the burger feast and 2 x large chips and nuggets were missing so we call the listed number and there’s a message service - so not only have you stuffed up the meal you cannot fix it immediately bc no one answered. This is the 3rd time we have had drive thru and items are missing. I left a voicemail on the answering service I look forward to hearing how they plan to resolve the issue.
You are an absolute joke and you hide your incompetence behind uber eats. You constantly get orders wrong and make no apologies. You offer no accountability for your products or service. Never ever again. You have got to improve your game. If I applied the same slack work ethic that your workers do I would have been fired a long time ago. Get a grip and learn how to pack your orders. Stop ripping people off and charging them for items you don't even send! It's beyond a joke. And it won't be tolerated from your incompetent workers any longer.
Brought a Giant Feast, the older lady in Driv-thru didn't greet us, didn't say one word, gave us the bag and slammed the window. Very rude. Got home, chicken was extremely dry, suppose to be 15 pieces, only got 9! Didnt relieved Coleslaw or sauces! I guess I should have checked before I drove off. I called up, manager on the phone was understanding but im still waiting on my email to confirm complaint and to get a $27 I store credit. To bad im back home in Emerald! Hope the staff read this and learn from the reviews!
I came in to get a really tasty, zinger burger, but to my surprise, there was a big fat, long, black hair hanging out of my zinger burger squirmed between oily layers of chicken. due to the piece of hair being so tightly wound around a bunch of chicken, it got lodged in my throat whilst eating it which resulted in a temporary lapse of my breathing. As a result of this my grandmother had to get out of her wheelchair, preform the heimlich manoeuvre which resulted in 5 bruised ribs and a fractured perineum : I recquire financial and emotional compensation :
As usual my order was missing items. Please can you train your staff to double check the order are made up complete , it not hard to do. It very disappointing not to receive my full order it mean that my family are not fed. It usually me that misses out bring the mum. Not happy. This is not a rare occurrence it happen most time I order,
The line is always long and when we finally got to the collecting window, we sat there waiting for at least 5 minutes while our food sat on the bench going cold. Absolutely freezing and disgusting. Not we have to go home just to reheat it. Incompetent staff at simply handing out food when there was many of them just standing there not doing anything
It's KFC what do you expect. Probably one of the better stores. We often get what we ask for and it's probably only a 15-20 minute wait on an average day. Vegetarian options: Chips
