Absolutely Terrible, I will give 0 star if I can. Dirty, pizza is terrible, not even need to talk about the “side dishes”, that’s why your restaurant is empty.
The overall experience was dull. Food was very touch and go. Some hot some cold. We dined in on Easter weekend it wasn't a public holiday but we were charged a surcharge as an extra adult which I found extremely unfair. We spent a total of $140 which I feel was on the high end for takeaways. That was 2 adults and 4 children. Nevertheless we ate and left. Sadly I don't think we will be back for some time now.
We had the buffet priced at $19 per adult for lunch. It was nice as we were very hungry and the pizza was hot and ready with a variety of choices. They also had pasta with choice of Alfredo sauce or marinara and garlic bread. Potatoes puffs as well. Full salad bar and desert bar with brownies, chocolate mousse and a soft serve ice cream machine with chocolate and caramel sauces, marshmallows and sprinkles. Everything was delicious! For us it was a nice change from the USA where we had eaten at two different Pizza Hut restaurants within the last couple of months, one in Wisconsin and one in Texas where we were the only dine in customers, they didn’t have beer for sale, and definitely no buffets. We enjoyed it very much! Will be going back again!
I read lots of reviews and see people are complaining about food price and manager and getting free pizza. Genuinely I would like to say pizza was hot enough, price is so affordable in dine in and manager he personally take care about customer and introduce me with couple of pizza which I don’t know. One suggestion is that please connect a music system which help to enjoy pizza more with family. Quite a good place to go to, been to this location a few times. Unfortunately the place does feel kind of dated As pizza hut usually is these days anyway Also prices are kind of high, especially considering you have to pay $12 for a jug of drink so if you pay for yourself and you get a jug of soft drink then it comes to the high $30s. This time we went it was pretty decent and they had a good rotation of pizzas and thankfully had cheese and pepperoni and kept making more of those pizzas as they were quite popular whereas in previous times they have just replaced it with some other pizza. Overall the place is alright and it's good to go for the nostalgia reasons and the food is pretty okay, but wish it was a little bit cheaper and the place needs to find its vibe, either needs to be renovated to represent an older classic pizza hut restaurant or needs to be updated to a more modern version because it feels like it is stuck in the early 2000s
Man what a throw back! I don’t care what the other people say that have left reviews, if you want a nostalgic throwback to the 80’s and 90’s then come and get the all you can eat and relive your childhood. The guy seating everyone was super polite and friendly, we were in for lunch not long after it opened and all the pizza’s were hot and fresh and all the sides tasted just how I remembered them. The only thing I didn’t remember was how cheap it is. I think the pricing is still the same as the 90’s too which is a win!
We went Saturday night, it was busy. As fast as the food was eaten, staff replaced it. We enjoyed our all-you-can-eat dining experience, it was a good night. Pizzas, pasta, salads, desserts. I don't normally eat mousse, but their chocolate mousse was delicious.Food: 3/5
Pizza dirty and old. Seems like the manager on duty is trying to force customers to eat it before they bring out the fresh pizza and a variety of pizzas. Stuff are very rude as well. Comments and concerns all seem to be the same with no action and all talk. Will be eating fresh real pizza else where from now on.
All you can eat pizza... and that's about it. I was suprised this place is still around but we checked it out anyway. It's a bit run down but if you wanna pay $22 and eat as much pizza as you can than it may be worth it. Drinks are going to cost you extra and there are limited options outside of pizzas which may sound silly but I thought there might be more Desert Bar is okay, but as with any buffet eating, a small child may decide to put something back that they don't want... like jelly, so I stuck to the ice cream Vegetarian options: Limited veg options but they are there Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids, it's all pizza hut Parking: A fair amount of parking available Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a wheelchair ramp
The last four orders these past few weeks in our household were wrong, we went in to return the incorrect items and in return got stared down. The guy who took our order sent the only woman in the kitchen up to the front. Not to mention we ordered something else just before we got there and they got that wrong too and hadn’t even started it when we had been there for 15 minutes. These guys used to be good but come on, it can’t be so hard to double check whether the Alfredo is chicken or mushroom… The next issue is not picking up the phone after such incident. We called several times and no response. We live over 20 minutes away and drove home before we noticed. We didn’t receive anything as an apology, other than the old food that we didn’t want in the first place? I understand that a refund isn’t always possible but Maybe a simple garlic bread or a drink would’ve made up for the 40 minute travel there and back to fix a mistake that we didn’t make. Very disappointed, please make sure to read the orders before you hand it out..:
