I don't believe that with a famous brand there is such a bad service and terrible food quality. Saturday night, November 29, my son ordered two pizzas and garlic bread from 8pm to 10pm, they still haven't delivered the food to my son, although they patiently called the hotline many, many times. At 10:30pm, when they couldn't wait any longer and the money had been paid online, the two children had to ride their bicycles to the store to get it. When they came to get it, the staff didn't even notice that they had received the money but didn't provide the service as promised. The staff's indifferent attitude made the children very disappointed. When they got home, the pizza was cold and hard. The garlic bread was still frozen. The children had to have dinner at midnight. It's terrible.
Excellent pizzas. 2-for-1 Tuesdays are perfect for movie nights and school holidays!. Been going here years, always been good. I recommend the Ultimate Hot & Spicy and Chicken Supreme on traditional base. -Staya
I was looking forward to this Pizza Hut reopening, however after getting my pizza, I was severely disappointed. Pizza was as dry as the cardboard box it come in and toppings minimal. As bad as the local Dominos is, do yourself a favour and go there instead!
So pleased that you have reopened. The pizzas were good, lots of toppings, delivery was earlier than expected, driver was lovely, super friendly and professional. Overall very satisfied. Welcome back!
I went to Pizza Hut at 9:30 PM on Saturday, 8 November, and bought four pizzas. Easily the worst pizzas of my life. It looked like they took the toppings meant for one pizza and stretched them across four. The bases were dry and the pizzas felt extremely low quality.nnThis was a complete rip-off and an insult to customers. I’m never coming back, and I’d strongly warn others to avoid wasting their money here.
