Worst pizza ever eaten. Given 3 medium pizzas in a large box and call it large pizza. When called store was told that happen after cooking. sadly quality has dropped to an unacceptable level. This store should not be allowed to operate on this way and should immediately shut for good. Pizza we received today has no tomato sauce at all for the base.Tasteless. It was perfect few weeks ago and we never had any problems. You have lost a customer.
Edit: I managed to get through to them after an hour and they straight up hung up on me. What a joke. Whoever the lady that works there too is straight up rude.nnThe website keeps breaking and not confirming orders yet somehow the money always seems to be taken out - after calling them you're told to wait up to half an hour for them to receive the order then call you back even though they can just take your order again on the phone as there is proof of purchase, but no one calls you back and when you try ring them back no one answers the phone. If you're lucky they will randomly deliver it, if not you'll have to put a dispute in for whatever was charged. Overall - the way they run their store is disappointing and I wouldn't recommend anyone order from there anymore. The food isn't bad when you can actually get it, though, but the hassle is not worth it.
Overall a 10/10! This establishment is a very good place with friendly customer service and delicious pizzas, pastas etc! Nothing bad to say about this place. Thank you Pizza Hut for my Super Supreme Stuffed Crust Pizza! I’m very happy and thankful!
Great pizzas, superb service. I crave pizzas by pizza hut Caroline springs.nThe store staff is always courteous and food is warm.nKeep up the good work guys!!
