I ordered cheese pizza from pizza hut carolion springs , it was really looking disgusting and not eatable for kids totally burn. And when I call them on store, one of guy pick up he only blaming UberEats but when I said You guys make the pizza , he said we didn’t cook oven cook that was his answer. Zero pizza quality and customer service totally zero

Ordered 3 pizza’s veggie, 2 chicken.nThe chicken supreme thin crust was not really crusty. The topping was horrible. Appearance was so bad smells too. These ppl eating our hard earned money by serving bad food. No more Pizza Hut.
Sub standard quality pizzas, have definitely gone down hill and won’t be returning.nOne was under cooked, the other was over burnt the melted cheese was black in areas and hardly any toppings. Some slices have 1 piece of pineapple?nComplained to staff and they said that’s how it is as they’re following standard process.nShe also mentioned because I used a coupon I get less topping. I questioned about that statement, what’s the point of a 2 for 1 deal if I’m going to get less topping and she couldn’t answer. She said the topping is predetermined by weight which is a lie.nI’m done with Pizza Hut, better quality restaurants in the area.
This store has quite consistent for me, and always makes pizzas within the time I have ordered it. The toppings are generous, the bread is quite decent and the choices are quite numerous. Use the app or Tuesday to get half price off large pizzas, which is the only reason you should order from Pizza Hut! I'm writing this review after eating a day old pizza, and it is pretty good...nnAlso the wings are actually really quite good!
