Very bad services,nNothing was right in my ordernI got a bundle for 2 and I got everything wrong I wanted Big Mac with extra pickles no pickles in the burger, order MAC spicy got with mayo ordered 6 nuggets got nothing and fries were old and the food went in the bin. Very bad
I had a fantastic experience at McDonald’s in Caroline Springs, thanks to Caitlin. While ordering in the drive-thru with my son, I struggled to understand how to use the app for the Monopoly game. Caitlin was incredibly patient and supportive, answering all my questions with ease. Her assistance made a challenging situation much smoother. Thank you, Caitlin, for your exceptional service!
Not the first time with poor experience with this maccas..sick and tired of paying for things and not being what you pay for. Ordered medium chips and you get dried out cold fries that is equilivalent to a small and wait..I ordered also ordered a cheeseburger worth no onion and got a burger with just cheese. You try to give feedback and they never pick up the phone and head office doesn't even respond within 3 days like they tell you they would. It's beyond a joke and ripping families off to make good profits. Definitely won't be going there again.
Hit and miss, although the food tastes the same at all Maccas, some items were missed in my recent purchase. Couldn't be bothered going back to get the item but I'll know better for next time.
Ordered lunch. Was fresh and hot, but they forgot the chocolate milkshake that was paid gif and not received. Didn’t realise until was on the freeway.
