Not the first time with poor experience with this maccas..sick and tired of paying for things and not being what you pay for. Ordered medium chips and you get dried out cold fries that is equilivalent to a small and wait..I ordered also ordered a cheeseburger worth no onion and got a burger with just cheese. You try to give feedback and they never pick up the phone and head office doesn't even respond within 3 days like they tell you they would. It's beyond a joke and ripping families off to make good profits. Definitely won't be going there again.
The disgustingly dirty restaurant I have seen in a long time. Multiple milk jugs open on the bench. NO clean tables. Can’t imagine what’s in our food if the restaurant is kept like this. Someone call the food inspector.
If I could 0 stars I would because I have never been treated like I was not human at any other MacDonald’s or any other fast food restaurant. The staff were rude and laughing at my face because I asked for my food to be cooked fresh as I have to walk 15 minutes to get home to feed my children. They forgot 3 items and when I called to let them know I was put on hold and then the phone disconnected. After that the phone went unanswered. I will never use this MacDonald’s ever again. Absolutely disgraceful and the restaurant was in disarray with rubbish all over. I will never go back to this MacDonald’s ever again.
Very bad service disappointed I just picked up my drive through order and Specially went there for banana pies they have given me apple pies inside these banana pies packs guys if you run out of pies simply don’t take order and giving customers wrong order items.nI tried to call them several time nobody answered
And as 9th July today. They response nothing at all. They're silent and pretend blind.nnHi I am make a formal complaint of Caroline springs restaurant in Vic. State. I have ordered 3 x double 1/4 pounder meals and following mccas special deal of 1 x mc-chicken for free when ordering for delivery. So I have paid in full and found mc-chicken did not included in the bag. I called and spoken to them, they ask me to come to restaurant for it. As I am in the service industry, this is 0 tolerance and unacceptable service attitude.
