Never a happy experience at this McDonald’s restaurant.nAlways missing items totally missed our cheeseburger for one of our kids and sauce in the happy meal. My big Mac had almost no sauce inside it.nOne of the worst maccas venues around!nYou guys need to up your game!
The worst food ever, they should be shut down.nService is crap. Chips were old and almost broke a tooth! Run by a bunch of little kids that don't know what they are doing. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
This is a first for me, entire order was like someone intentionally messed every item up, everything drenched in sauce, incomplete burgers, grease and sauce on all the boxes/containers, half a big mac? I'm not expecting 5 star food but even so.
Went into store two days ago had a wonderful experience with the manager. He was in a pink shirt and gave me my sources and had a smile on his face and kept everyone in check. I haven’t seen this Caroline Springs running so smoothly in a very long time he seems to have really taken a hold of this ship and leading them in the right direction. Keep it up guys You need more superstars like him on Shift
I visited McDonald’s Caroline Springs and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and my order was fresh and hot. The place was clean and well-maintained, even during busy times.nnA great spot for a quick bite with consistent quality. Highly recommended!
