We order order pepperoni pizza with a “DRIZZLE” of buffalo sauce and a cheese sticks whatever is that called. The pizza was filled up with a whole pack of buffalo sauve which is not eatable at all. Cheese sticks looks terrible but still eatable as no choice no eat because the pizza was terrible as you can see in the photo. I work in hospitality industry and this is not acceptable at all.. I will not let my staff do this kind of thing. I don’t care if I got my money back but i will never order again

Ordered a big meal including around 16 wings, wings were red, bloody and raw. Took it back the next day only to be told I wasn’t entitled to a refund as head office said this is what the smaller chicken wings look like when they’re actually cooked. Never heard such a thing! Disgusting.. hadn’t been there in years and decided to give them a go because of the wings. Never again, totally foul

I ordered from this Pizza Hut after a few months, we had good experience before, BUT tonight we had GREAT experience with this Pizza Hut site. Amazing taste and decent amount of topping on both of my pizza, I would not mind again to drive 15 km one way to pick my pizza if quality is going to be this level.  Let me tell you it’s not advertised pizza photo, the deal here is real.

Best Pizzas we have had all year!!! Wings were cooked perfect, even the potato gems were golden brown. I rang Sam the store manager to let her know because we have had to complain the last 3 or so orders but today was next level & the team on today need to know they delivered amazing food

Very friendly staff. Food are always fresh and delicious. I have been a customer for many years. Always makes me satisfied. Especially is manager who is always smiling and nice. Definitely will be a forever pizza customer in pizza hut Upper Coomera .

I've always had a great experience when ordering from here. Even one time I placed an order at the Pimpama Pizza Hut location on the app accidentally and went to the Coomera store and thought I ordered it there but the manager with the dark red crew cut was a nice woman and made the order for me on the spot so I didn't have to drive to Pimpama to get cold pizza. They do the best that they can and I will continue going to this store when I'm in the area.

Everytime I order from here they get something wrong!  Legit can’t put a basic order together then when you call to complain they just say ok we will send one...  That’s not good enough!!!!!  Half my foods cold while I wait on you guys again.  Don’t waste your money on Pizza Hut upper coomera!!!!

Rang for pock up Pizza ! Girl passed me on to Upper Coomera Pizza Hut. Then some Indian guy asked about my order and said he would pass it on to Upper Coomera Pizza Hut. Main problem was he kept me on the line rambling ffor aa good 7 mins. We ring Upper Coomera often, but have never had this happen before. Worried he may be after our details possible scam!

I hope you guys can easliy notice burnt pizas while picking from oven or when cutting or when packing and still happy to serve it for pick up delivery.  It's so annoying,  you guys ruined our family movie night.

Had to revise my 4 star review to 1 due to the following…  Terrible customer service, keeps getting orders wrong.. bad management.. just doesn’t care. Made me drive down to get my correct pizza after paying for delivery cause they had no drivers. Did not even offer me a free pizza. Owner was rude, young managers are arrogant. Used to be good.. very disappointed.
