I visit to order. I seem to get new staff a lot of the time. My order is simple, I think, a $5 value pepperoni pizza. Just seems it takes ages for the attendant to process the request. The cooking time at 15 minutes seems consistent.Food: 4/5
Ordered and picked up pizzas. Staff more than helpful had to wait a little, staff went out of their way to keep me advised. What can I say it was a busy night but staff were great
Sad looking pizzas. Ordered 5 different pizzas and couldn't tell the differences between the toppings. Finished order was separated on heated shelves so staff didnt recognise that order was ready. Place looked very disorganised. Won't be using this company again.Food: 1/5
writing from my sons phone, delivery service was amazing exept, pizza cutter needs to work on his skills set, pizzas were cut unevenly one of my pizzas were cut into 6 prices instead of 8. This is unacceptable because i have been ordering from birkdale dominos for a long time iv never had an experience as bad at this minus the delivery
Out of all the dominoes, my local seems to be the most consistent as far as toppings and overall quality goes. I can only remember two problems with my order. One being it got delivered to the wrong house and the other being my order somehow stacked and I got 6 pizzas. Which I gave two back to the delivery driver for dinner. Overall would recommend. However as staff changes I assume my review will as well.
I would leave 0 stars if I could!! My pizzas arrived slammed into the corner of the boxes and with the toppings stuck to the lid. Birkdale Dominos was compliant with resending our order out, but forgot one of the pizzas. The two that were delivered were wrong again. We have been loyal customers for years but are so disappointed with the new standard of this store.. This is the 4th time our order has been replaced in the last few months and even the replacements have been subpar. So disappointed Dominos.
I ordered a pizza for delivery here the other week. Upon the drivers arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile, and even friendlier service. I believe the drivers name was Tyron, and I am writing this as a way to commend him for his exceptional mannerism and commitment to the dominos franchise. Well done Tyron, you have made my experience great and I hope to receive more orders from you in the future!
Revolting slimy mess. Never cut properly either. I just threw them in the bin where Domino's Birkdale belongs. Go somewhere else instead of spending your money with a franchise that's clearly given up.Food: 1/5
I would rate 0 stars if possible. I have never met a ruder and more disgusting team of ‘people’. We waited 2 hours for our order, 3 phone calls later only to be told it can’t be delivered. We ended up coming in to pickup. The pizza had been sitting there the whole time, the female manager gave attitude to my frustrated husband and ended up shooing him out of the store. When he got home, the order was wrong and parts missing. I called back and the manager refused to speak to me and said my husband was rude and despite the order being so late and WRONG because my husband was rude and we wouldn’t be getting our order corrected. They refused to tell me the managers name and she was too gutless to even talk to me on the phone. Absolutely DISGUSTED is an understatement. We were also told the store made an extra $5K tonight, so basically our order didn’t matter.. so unprofessional.
On Wednesday 13th April I ordered online 3 Supreme pizzas all the same from Dominos Birkdale to be delivered. When the pizzas arrived approximately 20 minutes after ordering the delivery driver did not knock as I specifically requested in the notes when I ordered. Luckily I had the door open and heard them so I could bring them inside immediately. The pizzas were barely warm, not hot and not up to the usual standard so I rang the store and asked to speak to the Manager. She said they could re-make the pizzas and pick up the original ones but I explained that I was short on time and had to go out which is why I had them delivered instead of picking them up in the first place. I told her I would be happy to have a credit for next time. She asked what was wrong with the pizzas and I told her the bases were soggy on all 3, there was hardly any pineapple or capsicum on 2 of them and 2 of them were burnt around the edges and not cut through so when you went to pick up a piece you had to rip it off the whole pizza. She asked for me to send a photo and she would get back to me. I said she could check the pizzas on their camera system which shows how your pizza is made and she advised that it was broken so I sent a photo of all 3 pizzas to the number she provided to me. I phoned the store back approximately an hour and a half later as I had no response and again asked to speak to the Manager. When I asked why she had not called me back she told me that she was waiting for the Franchisee to get back to her. She told me that he is very busy as he is the Franchisee of 7 stores. I asked her what the process was once the Franchisee got back to her. She then told me that she personally couldn't see anything wrong with the pizzas and completely disregarded anything else I had to say. I told her that if she thinks it is ok that such poor quality pizzas be delivered then that isn't very good customer service. I told her that I maybe get pizza from there 6 times a year so not often, and the last few times I have had the exact same pizzas from there they have been perfect but not this time. I told her I would wait for a call from either her or the Franchisee. I am still waiting for a call from somebody.
