Very disappointed with my experience. The garlic bread I ordered was burnt and not enjoyable to eat. When I raised the issue, there was no refund or reasonable resolution offered. The customer service was poor and didn’t seem interested in addressing the problem. Pizzas were nice though
I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow it.nnWe had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Club Chapel Road. We ordered a Slingshot Vegetarian Pizza and specifically requested no mayonnaise as we are vegetarians. However, when we got home, we found what appeared to be traces of meat on the pizza.nnWe immediately called the store and spoke with the manager. Instead of apologising or showing any empathy, he kept insisting that they use different knives, wear gloves, and follow their procedures. While that’s good to know, it didn’t address our concern or the fact that we were uncomfortable eating the pizza.nnTo make matters worse, we were asked to drive all the way back to the store to return the pizza before they would make us another one. This was a major inconvenience, especially considering the mistake was not ours.nnWe have been regular customers of this branch and have often chosen it over the Pizza Club closer to our home because we generally had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed our perception.nnTo anyone ordering takeaway from this store, I would strongly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving. Otherwise, if something is wrong, you may have to make another trip back to the store.
I had an amazing experience at Pizza Club! Even though we arrived right at closing time, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They still made fresh pizza for us without any hesitation, and their attitude was truly outstanding. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve had!nnBig thanks to the team for your great service and kindness. You guys really went above and beyond. Highly recommended—definitely a 5-star experience!
The pizza was really bad. It was raw inside, coldnIf you don’t know how to cook properly, please find a job that you can do well. You like taking people’s money, but without customers, you wouldn’t have a jobnYou told us it would take 20 minutes, but when we arrived, the pizza was cold and the ingredients were not properly cooked. This is not fairnI honestly don’t understand whether the managers actually check the workers’ skills before hiring them, or if they just hire people they know from their own country.‍
Had a wonderful experience at Pizza Club Flatbush. Taste was absolutely amazing, full paisa vasool. Crust perfectly baked and toppings generous. Staff member Shesh gave excellent service, very polite and attentive. Overall ambience nice and clean. Highly recommend to everyone. Will surely visit again soon definitely.
