What happened to the butter chicken pizza, used to be amazing but 3rd we’ve ordered and they are always dry. No sauce or flavour.
Pizza club has always been a favourite for years now.nnBut I’m not sure how I feel about the chapel road branch nowadays honestly. Why is it that the prices continue to rise, and the pizza sizes and quality continues to drop?nnI’ve always believed that we pay the extra $ at pizza club for the quality, and they have always delivered - but it just seems like an ordinary pizza joint that sucks customers dry and leaves them with the bare minimum.nnFor your prices especially with the increases I’m not sure why you keep downsizing your pizzas. It really is so deceiving, and I’m unsure whether other branches have been doing this, but I can confirm that my family and I have definitely noticed it from the chapel road branch multiple times now.nnIn the pictures below, you can clearly see that all three pizzas have gone significantly smaller. Look at the gaps in the boxes.n2 / 3 pizzas were worth buying, but the Mirchi chicken was completely different to how it was described online too.nnYou need to sort these sizing and quality issues out, because it is literally daylight robbery at this point.
Gotta love their pizzas! Chicken slingshot is my absolute favourite and it never disappoints. Their pizza base is nice, thick and doughy and what a pan pizza should be.nnQuality of some of their other pizzas have gone down slightly not enough sauce, disproportionate toppings, less care putting together since they got big but overall is still good.
We ordered pizza online with delivery so I thought it would be pretty on-time given it was ordered 1 & 1/2 hours in advance.nnAfter it was 5 minutes late, I called the store and they told me the driver was stuck in traffic and 5 minutes away I looked the current travel time up on maps and it was 12 minutes - with no heavy traffic noted.nn10 minutes later I called back to chase again - I felt the team were very unhelpful and I would have preferred to have cancelled the order and got my money back if I had been able. The pizza finally arrived lukewarm.nnMy feeling is that they only left the premise to deliver our pizza AFTER my first call. Very disappointed as we have ordered here numerous times in the past but have always picked it up, we won't be using them ever again for either option.
In my experience, Pizza Club usually good with their service, however I was disappointed tonight- I know trivialnnI placed an order online at 5.30 for a 6pm pickup. Upon arrival, server was having a long chat with the customer infront of me, so I proceeded to go outside and to come back in again. When I finally got served, server told me he hasn’t processed the order yet and that it’ll take a further 10mins. He apologised- okay, cool. Don’t be sorry be better.nnI come back in after 10mins, order wasn’t ready. Order was finally ready after a further 30minsnnI reached home at 7pm and everyone had lost their appetitennDon’t use online ordering to place your order. They don’t check the system until it’s time to pick up your order. 30mins wait turned into an hour wait.
