Order was waiting under lights that was keeping it hot. I drive home, it takes 10mins. BRUH!! Open the bag to 2 melted aioli containers inside 2 of the fries packets!!Tf!! Not cool Manukau Burger Fuel. I’ve been to many Burger fuels restaurants and they always put the aioli in when the customer collects the orders!! Smh!!DO BETTER PLEASE!!!! Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
Ordered the American muscle double & C n cheese burgers, kumara & spud fries, choppers & choc thick shake.nAll in all good, quite greasy. No aoli/serviettes supplied, which's pretty slack when it is meant to come with our side orders if fries & considering the overall money spent
Don’t go to this store as they don’t know how to follow an order even when it’s quiet. They WILL poison you with a gluten bun, despite getting them to confirm the order ingredients at the Point of Sale, and they just don’t care. The staff here just don’t care at all. Please go to the Customs St or Parnell branch - much better customer service.
The clear plastic curtains in front of the shop make it difficult to see if the shop's open. It was a gusty windy day so the curtains outside made things a lot better. Food was good but I would have liked my fries to be crispier and golden in colour. Nice friendly staff.
I do not recommend this Burger Fuel. Very unhygienic. The staff do not use gloves when preparing the food and clean the tables with a cloth and then handle your food straight afterwards without washing their hands... yuck. When they were making the burger they throw the bread buns onto a dusty shelf. When I complained to the staff member she just completely ignored me and did not acknowledge my concerns. After eventually getting a refund the staff were making insults and laughing. Very very poor service and without a doubt the worst customer service i have experienced. I would put 0 stars if I could.
