Very nice, I had the double southerner burger and beef nachos. My partner had the Hawaiian pizza and onion rings. The burger was fantastic, huge and full of flavour. The only downside was that the nachos were very soggy, like they had been prepped earlier then heated up. Other than that, it was good.
Good food, the issue lies when you go to order from them and you have to place two online orders if you are buying a burger and pizza/waffles. If you can pay instore with one transaction, you should be able to do it one transaction, like every other fast food store. No one wants to be hit with a double transaction fee. No one wants to waste their time doing 2 orders. Respect your customers and they'll come back, this just pushed me off to reburger down the road.
Hi all! Never been here before! But if your a burger nut like me? I urge you to try there double streaker burger! Two beautiful Angus patties, onion rings, thick cheeder cheese, double bacon and a lovely BBQ sauce and aoli! Beautiful burger after lockdown! Thanks bella burger very nice!
Went in at 1755 Friday night. 1 other order on the list infront of us. We thought great this wont be long. Others started coming in to order or to pick up. 45min later and after others ordered after us got theirs we went to see what was happening. They hadn't started our order loaded fries, garlic bread and 1x burger. We asked for a refund and went on our way. We noticed a few concerning things while waiting. 1st, they had pizzas waiting to be put in atleast 7 sitting on the bench easy to contaminated if I coughed. 2. Pizzas would come out of the oven and sit for 10min before cut and put into box. 3. The pizza tray it was cooked on, was put into a cardboard box on the floor while still hot!. 4. There was no warming oven, the food was left ontop of the oven in the packages getting cold some were over 15min. 5. We seen a worker drop a packet of onion rings on the floor, he picked them up and put them in the bag for the customer we both yelled out that he can't serve that and got no acknowledgment. 6. The burger salads were lined up along the bench waiting for the burgers to be cooked atleast 4 at a time. Deffently wont be going back!
Shake was great, garlic bread was good though not as crispy as I'd like, but the pizza was pretty average. We got Meat and More Meat and it only seemed to have two meats on it - pepperoni and ham. The toppings seemed uneven - some pieces tasted better than others. One of the poorest pizzas I have ever had.
I get Pizza Bella occasionally and its always been nothing short of delicious, but tonight it was the opposite. It started by a simple order being delivered over half an hour later than estimated with no apology when presented. The chicken was nice, but the bacon and ranch cheesy fries tonight were cold. Like, not even luke warm. They were cold! And because of the ranch on them they don't lend themselves to being heated. I ate about a third of the fries without the dressing on because I was hungry but had to leave the rest as they really were quite unpleasant. When it was just the two things for the food chicken and fries I was left rather hungry and annoyed tonight. This will make me rethink about getting Pizza Bella again. Update: 9/10/20 - I decided to give Pizza Bella one more go for their burgers after time away from them bc of bad meals. My gut was telling me not but my head told me to give them one more shot. Order was a double burger, onion rings and drink. They were very quick and delivered my meal 15 minutes earlier than estimated. Great I thought! The onion rings were hot and deliciously crunchy. Woohoo! They were back....... ..........alas, no. BOTH the burger patties in the burger were under cooked, and everybody knows you can't eat raw mince. Not red...Raw! And the bacon unfortunately looked like it had barely been scared with the hot grill itself and was very undercooked also, especially the rind. This was such a shame! Because the flavour was so yummy, and the rest of the burger ingredients looked fresh and good, but I wasn't in a position where I could take it to the store for a refund or I would have, so I basically paid $35 for a glorified salad sandwich, some onion rings and a drink! Highly, highly disappointed and I will definitely not be back again for anything here. They were SOOOOO good when they first started. I'm so gutted they have let it slide so much.
The marketing and the menu look great. The pizza is nice but the bases taste like the same cardboard bases you get from the frozen food section at the supermarket. If this is the best this town has its fine but not not great. We had the bbq chicken and bacon. To be honest i have had better frozen pizza even with a better base. The big issue here us the lifeless base. The toppings are good.
Lovely selection of pizzas, wraps and deluxe burgers. Beautiful waffles. Can dine in or take away. Not many seats for dinning in and we found it a little chilly being there in winter. Friendly service from staff.
For someone competing against the likes of piza hut and domino's they do a pretty good job. I was dissatisfied with the crispness of the piza we ordered and using tomatoes in them does tend to make them a little soggy. Sun-dried tomatoes would be better. Burgers are great with real premium beef and good size buns.
The pizza was ok and would rate it a 4 however the burger Flamin Chook was dry. Missing jalapeños and tasteless. Would personally rate it as a 2 at a push. Had instore left 3/4 of burger as it was shocking.
