Chef Gordon has successfully catered for our business for many years now but this year we asked him and his team to cater for our Christmas party. The brief was a "fairly authentic" medieval Christmas feast. Oh my goodness! Gordon did a fantastic job! Everyone (90 people- and I've now had time to check) only had compliments! In conjunction with the "Rare Bryds" medieval musicians lead by Jonathan, and a few party props, we had a fantastic night. Thank you Gordon! Your gourmet training and "Rotisserie Medal" really shone through!
