Interesting experience - the ordering machine surprisingly offered decaf as an option for my hot chocolate - so I chose it. A senior staff member brought it over to check I wasn't wanting decaf coffee - explaining there is no decaf option for chocolate, and offering to give the 50 charged back. Exceptionally well handled, but wonder how long it will take for that option to be taken off the menu.
The guy serving the drive through and the pay window on 29/5/25 is an absolute g. Dude advised me not to get something because it was overrated and suggested a cheaper better alternative. My guy
Not much choice for late night feeds at around 11/12pm so popped in here and had possibly the coldest most stale burger and chips of my life. There were two of us and the chips were actually so chewy they were inedible and the burger patty was like cardboard don't expect much from late night takeaways but this was shocking and not the first time with this issue at this place either
