Clean, friendly, well-staffed. Brought the meal out to the sitting area. Fries were hot and fresh, but could've been crispier and saltier. Coke was really watered down.
Disgusting customer service by some of the young people here, I had a very unpleasant experience today I ordered a coffee through the drive through with an alternative milk as I’m highly allergic to dairy. My order was an ICED coffee I get to the window to pay and it says the correct order which was an iced coffee with almond milk I then move along to the window and they hand me a warm normal coffee, so I said to them I ordered an iced coffee with my chosen alternative milk she says for me to go wait around the corner and someone will have to remake it for me. The girl brings out the correct order and rolls her eyes at me and says next time make sure you actually check the screen for your correct order doesn’t even give me a straw PLUS had the lid not on properly so it spills all over me and had left over coffee grinds all over it and it’s happened so many times there. I will not be returning there again. Disgusting customer service
Bloody diabolical. Tables filthy, bins overflowing, rubbish on the floor. The queue for drive thru down into the intersection. No table tents. Waited 30mins for my meal. No sign of staff out on the floor to clean ever in the hr we were there . I remember when Mcdonald managers had pride- now must be about not paying for staff to cope. Though to be fair, several found time to ignore the rubbish and have a break
I had a horrible experience with some of the staff at this mcdonalds... So at the drive through speaker we ordered... we get to the first window and they messed up the order, no problemo we changed it everyones happy.... Go to the window to collect food... 1st attempt - missing all sides We ask for the sides, they take the food. 2nd attempt - we get half of the sides We ask for the other half 3rd attempt - they vring the other half of the sides but now the first half is missing. We tell them specifically everything in our order that they have to bring, meanwhile the server gives us the evils and eye rolls, She then gets her manager.... 4th attempt - a fake manager appears and attempts to give us the 2nd attempts sides where we tell them that this is not acceptable. And once again tell them the complete order top to bottom item for item.... 5th attempt- first cashier gives us half of the sides where i say no one more time, she goes to get the pther half of the sides when i say i want them large for free, She didnt like that so she said no tried to close the window and said shes ringing the police, to which i got out of the car and proceeded to wait on the bonnet... 6th attempt- the real manager who was definitely busy came out in the madness and sorted our order correctly without problem. The main problem was the 2 workers I had to deal with before the main manager. They werent helping or thinking at all and it took the poor manager to show them how to treat people. If it wasnt for her youd be getting a 1 star.

Dipped in for a quick snack on the go only to find they had missed out a few items and my chips were cold. A bit of a bummer as I was in drive thru and wasn't able to stop to ask for missing items.Food: 3/5
Went there on a Friday night and I was not impressed. A crew member was having his break next to us and was picking his nose and wiping it in his uniform. He didn't care we were watching. The play area for kids has a rubbish bin that hadn't been washed in how long and. It stunk so bad! Vegetarian options: There are none
Travelling with two small children, great stop. Close to the main road, has a playground, toilets with baby changing, clean and tidy, and fast! No complaints with this place!!!Food: 5/5
food is trash. not good at all. cold and dry when home, lacking sauce. price is a joke too.. its soo pricey for such a small meal. for avergae meal its around $15-20. i dont know about you but i am far from full after one of these small plastic meals.. same price as a restaurant meal which is ALWAYS bigger. eff mcds, i just cant do it anymore.. soo trash and overpriced!
Drive thru always moves quite quickly and never a big wait. Coffee is normally pretty good. Food is always pretty good.
