Ordered a small meal and sat down and it took over 10 min for my coffee to be made even when there was only one other person in the whole restaurant,  I asked to speak to a manager as its not acceptable and they didn't even come out to see me and just ignored me, very easy for McDonald's to see who was supposed in charge at Andy Bay on Thurs 25th Sept at 8am.nDisgusting service and bad management and servicing,  staff are happy to all stand around in kitchen and schreek and laugh and all hang out but make people's orders. Very poorly run store and ill go to north dunedin for now on

I got served by the most gorgeous drive-thru cashier I've ever seen!! I swear I could have seen my life flash before my eyes! Just to get the most delicious chocolate dip, The ice cream was to die for....

Ordered and paid for spicy nuggets. Got normal nuggets.nOrdered a double big Mac. Contents are barely in the bun.nOrdered a mcspicy with bacon. Literal sauce pool, tiny piece of chicken and the bacon was on top of the bun when we opened the box.nWorst attempt.nWaste of 40 bucks. Thanks team.

Was there for my daughters birthday, spent over $80 and overstayed in the parking lot by a mere 13 minutes. Received a breach notice in the mail for an $85 fine!nnI was parked for less than 2 hours. There were plenty of empty parks, besides if they didn't want people to park there to eat then why have a playground at the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous will not be coming back if it doesn't get sorted, and I will NOT be paying the exorbitant breach payment.

The order machine lost our order, waited 30 mins and then spoke to staff who said apologised and asked us to order again and refunded us. A couple weeks later we get a $85 parking breach in the mail.
