Pioneer Pools have been without a doubt the worst ever organisation that I have ever dealt with. They have been a constant nightmare not something that any person buying a pool could ask for. Every step of this journey has been treacherous and disastrous and humorous in short they got nothing right. They have been hands down the worst ever company that I have ever had to deal with. They never keep one appointment during the whole experience and during every stage of the journey it was a constant battle to get the job done that we were paying them for. There constant lies and replies that that 'they will come by the end of the week' send me and my family to a break down. They have never responded to emails unless it was when they were after money or unless I phoned them at least 50 times within a 24 hour period. All contracted trades men that eventually turned up were usually as jaded as I, This was due to the owner’s incompetent financial and management skills," it was farcical". All personal that have dealt with this organisation that I have spoken with have also had the same experiences as me. The Pool was started early AUG 13; it is now APR 14 you guessed it still incomplete. I am taking action via SPASA and QBA that is if these amateurs still have a licence "I doubt it". PIONEER POOLS ARE THE GIFT THE HAS CONTINUED TO BRING HORROR AND TORMENT to me and my family. In my opinion the worst pool building organisation in the world. OH I FORGOT to me mention water tight insurance benefits that were not submitted by Pioneer pools If these arse clowns are still in business stay away from them run a mile no 20 miles from these guys “they are totally TOXIC”, they have no idea, they are disgraceful, totally useless and ultimately dangerous to the mind sole and body of any decent person wishing to buy a pool. To the Pioneer Pool Owners you have broken a lot of people with your ineptness feel free to finish the jobs or give money back to the honest people you happily ultimately ripped off.
Quoted 6-8 weeks to complete the entire job. NOW AT WEEK 19 AND STILL COUNTING. Yes that is approx 4.5 MONTHS So much for "it will be finished well before December" that we were promised. It has gone from 'disappointing and frustrating' to now just becoming a joke. The reason it is taking so long is because they do a bit of work for a day or 2 then disappear off the face of the earth for a few weeks. They don't show up, don't answer the phone and don't return any calls, even when I call multiple times per day for several weeks and leave polite voice messages asking for them to please give me a call and give us an update on the schedule to completion. Then after a while they will suddenly turn up out of the blue and do a bit more and we are temporarily placated and the whole procedure is repeated again. Great customer service. We are paying a lot of $$$ for this job and this is how much respect they give to their valued clients - couldn't even be bothered to return our calls. This same routine has gone on for months now and when they do eventually turn up again each time and then suddenly start taking calls again while there is actually some progress not once has there been an apology for being late or for the rudeness of not returning our calls. We have wasted so much time and energy on this. Given how late the job is now, we shouldn't need to phone them at all. Any decent respectable company would be falling over themselves apologising and ensuring that the job was getting finished as quickly as possible as a priority, with a clearly communicated, well organised schedule to finish it off. We saw the warning signs months ago but we were already committed and had to just hope for a good end result, even if it is late. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Given the difficulty in just getting the job completed in the first place I can't begin to imagine the nightmare it will be if there are any warranty issues.
