Very helpful information provided how to make best use ot the tools
I went in there to JUST buy some pipe for my extractor and they schooled me in what i had overlooked in my measurements and the practicalities of installation. It's not the first time, they have taken me to school though. And it won't be the last. Highly recommend going to see David and Terry. They won't steer you wrong. Awesome business with an amazing amount of woodworking products and knowledge.
5 Stars is not enough. Brilliant service. Terry worked out very quickly from our conversation that he was not able to help us, but he took 10 minutes out of his day - while there were customers coming into the shop who were going to spend money, to track down the right man for the job and set us on the right path. Thank you!
Old world service so happily received. There knowledge is from hands on experience. They always make time to share and educate me in such a friendly way. Always willing to tell me where to find things in a hurry as well. Plenty of easy parking. Can't recommend them enough and only wish I could find more businesses like theirs.

Terrible communication and customer service. Bought a dust mask online, photo in the description was a black/grey mask so I assumed that was what I was getting. The mask that turned up was blue. When I questioned why I didn’t get the mask colour which was advertised I was told it was because I didn’t tell them I wanted the colour from the only photo on the site. Then the checkout page says shipping was $0.00 which is very misleading. When I complained about the sneaky $13 fee which was charged to my credit card not listed anywhere on the payment page I was told that instead of just ticking the terms and condition page I should’ve read all the fine print because this is where they hide the shipping fees which get charged to your card after the payment page. Instead of apologising for any confusion I was just told I should send the mask back at my expense and pay for postage a third time to have the mask replaced. Basically terrible communication, could’ve gotten the product cheaper elsewhere if it wasn’t for the sneaky postage charge.
Best place for woodworking supplies, and the most helpful, friendly staff I've come across ever. Definitely recommend
