GO ELSEWHERE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! I have been absolutely disgusted with Magic Kitchens. My kitchen was purchased on August 11, 2017, and almost 7 months later, I have outstanding work. This has included 4 months of silence from the business manager and dismissive abuse from the customer service manager. I regret paying in full before any work was completed. The kitchen was installed 3-5 weeks later than anticipated and the island benchtop was forgotten. From this, I was promised $250 cash back from the customer service manager and the business manager. A couple of days after installation, the benchtop had stained with rings (see photo). It look a couple of weeks, but the business manager finally passed by and admitted fault due to improper sealing and that he would replace the benchtops under product warranty. However, he would not pay for uninstall and install as it wasn’t part of the contract and he ‘had a business to run’. HE DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH EITHER PROMISE. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, text messages and phone calls. The ONLY person who was ‘taking care of this’ was the business manager. 4 months later (and 1 phone call per day for the last month), I went into the store to wait. He FINALLY called back and said he had decided not to help / make good on his agreement, to get out of the store, and that he had called the police. I was beyond shocked. This is deplorable- is an incomprehensible joke. The manager is lying through his teeth and taking no responsibility. I hope all staff are made aware of this atrocious customer service / criminal activity. Defective and unfinished work after paying in full. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF THIS WERE YOU?

Kitchens are cheap. Ridiculous installation cost however, you'll save if you just install yourself. Otherwise go somewhere else. Acceptable quality compared to the cost. Designer was friendly and helpful. That's about it.
