Very clean rooms.nUnfortunately there was a strong fragrance aroma which didn't disperse after trying to air the room.nAlso not a fan of the microfibre bedding.nPeaceful quiet setting, close walk to Four Square and other eateries.nThe owners are lovely and very accommodating.nMy best sleep in the South Island.

Thank you to Sean and Melissa. The family and I had a restful night. Our room was clean and had all the things we needed.
A very nice motel just off state highway 1 between Dunedin and Oamaru. It was reasonably priced, the township called Palmerston has all that you need for dinner that night. The motel was very clean, quite modern and owner was friendly and very helpful, I would stay again quite happily
...a lovely unit for my one night stay I could have stayed longer but a work trip so not possible unfortunately...Melissa was great and the unit is spacious/fastidiously clean/well equipped/quiet and it will be my go-to now on my yearly business trips! Also a four square over the road and a pub within walking distance a few minutes!
