LOVE this place!!! The noodles are delicious and a really great price. Any time we've asked for alterations or gotten it delivered, it's always perfect. Have now moved away from the area and miss my weekly visits, but make an order any time I am vaguely near the area.Food: 5/5

If I could give it a zero I would. They don’t answer the phone, the post says it’s open. So drove to the shop. Sign says closed but someone just came out with stuff as I got there. Went in and the cook is screaming at the woman. Then she screams “we are closed!” Never going back again!!!
Have been to this place approximately 5 times each time hoping that the customer service from the lady AT the front will improve. Each time we walk in SHE is extremely rude. The latest time I actually heard her laughing and talking IN another language to the lady in FRONT of me. When it came my turn to order she just started at me almost upset that we were in her store. I ordered and she just gave me so much attitude. I will not be going back to this place as the service is poor, the food is not great and the restaurant it's self is dark and dingy. You would think after COVID and everything small business has been through that they would be more happy and inviting to their customers. She is definitely IN the wrong industry.
Rude rude rude service. I cannot understand how you can own a business and treat your customers with contempt for daring to enter you shop. Food was awful and soooooo salty. I have seen others have the same concern. I went there first time coz I just had to have noodles for some reason. After ordering I was already intent on never going back. But when we ate the food it was sooooo bad. So I won’t be missing out on anything by not going back. Haha Wish there was a zero star option.
Lady at front counter has worst customer service skills ever. Been a couple of times and food it terrible. Vegies feel old and strong flavoured. Flavour is non existent no mattet what sauce you order, and the container is never full. Lucky to be 3/4. Would not recommemd at all. Far better choice is Monash Gourmet down the road. 5 star food and service.
Terrible customer service, particularly from the lady at the front. She seems to make every attempt to be as rude and unpleasant as possible when serving customers. I’ve seen her yell at people for asking for chopsticks, or to adjust for dietary requirements. They pick and choose their customers, open and closing depending on the person. I have gone it at 5:30 the open at 5 and been told to come back at 6 even though they were already serving others that came in - no joke. Store is about as uninviting as possible, they make no attempt to welcome customers in, and actively seem to ward them away. Food is about what you would expect, mediocre takeaway.
Food is ordinary and a bit cheaper 2 stars for food but the customer service is shockingly unpleasant. The woman staff is rude and always looks angry. She should learn social skills and how to smile and be happy at least once in a while.
If only i could give this place a zero rating. I have never seen service so rude ..I waited to place my order while the cook and the woman taking orders were fighting with each other. when i paid she almost threw my change at me..then when i got my food she slammed it on the counter and said go.. this woman has no manners..she acts like a pig.. please dont go to this shop.. they don't deserve to be in business.
Been going to this place for the last 5 years just for the sushi as its delicious and convenient from work. However, the service could be better and some of the workers/owners could be a little bit more friendlier. I went there few days ago and the lady seemed angry and was saying something in her native language sounded like cursing when I was waiting to be served. I told her what I want and after paying, she quickly turned away without even thanking me for my service or even a 'see you next time'. Have always got this kind of treatment compared to other customers who are treated much nicer than me. From now on I'll be going somewhere else where the service is better. All the best in the future guys and at least you will not have to see my face again that may ruined your mood.
