So refreshing to have a Macca's drink filled to the size of the cup. Fantastic work! But I would like to not keep getting told the soft serve machine is being cleaned between 12am-8am when I try and order a shake.
Not a fan of McDonald's food but after a long movie, my restaurant of choice was closed and famished, i was left with little food choice. Decided to eat McDonald's which I do on rare occasions. Burger was bland and the bun was clearly stale. Got a replacement and was met with good counter service. I guess it's McDonald's and people are so programmed to eat it, it's always easy and convenient.
McDonald's as always and as everywhere was the same here as well. Good service and fast delivery. The drive-through can get cramped sometimes. It was busy when I went, but their service is good and quick, so it keeps moving.
The resurgent is not very big but they have superb staffs with outsdtanding customer service. I went to there for a coffee when my kids were playing in the play area one day. I put a hot coffee on the table when my mobile ringtone started ring. My mum accidentally spilled out the whole hot coffee of mine. I was messy around table and floor where we seated. I asked for help from one of their staff who named Logan. He cleaned everything for it and calmly smiled to us. Also he offered my a free coffee afterward. They treat customer with a very professional way. Fantastic.
My daughter works here and really enjoys the team, so I order her quite a lot. Always use the drive in, walking in to do a pickup is a nightmare but drive through is great Vegetarian options: They took vegetation off the menu ...very disappointing
I always have bad luck with this place! 50/50 if the staff are going to be polite or not. Orders constantly messed up. But today I can’t understand in the drive through being asked to park and wait for my order. Only to bite into a cold a burger! So park and wait for cold food..doesn’t make sense. Think going forward I will drive past and go to glen waverley
What the f is this? Mcspicy? What do I pay for? I remember I didn’t order dog food.
I always order maccas at night but today was awful some kinda thin string was inside the cheeseburger stuck in my fckin throat I dont think I would have maccas for a while now and chips were so soggy that I felt like its been cooked at least 30 mins ago.
Serving quick. Drive though design easy in and out. But the take out waiting zone might be a bit tight.
Ordered two coffees the way my partner and I like and it was perfect the barista has done her job perfectlyFood: 5/5
