The Chicken Experts really are chicken experts! The chicken burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned - really crunchy and juicy! These were by far the best chips I’ve ever had as well, beautifully seasoned and perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Service was great as well, young lady at the front with a Puma shirt provided great service. Great experience, wish I could give it 7 stars!
Don’t usually do google reviews but this is my local chicky and souv shop and they’re worth a visit. Have been coming here my whole life and the chicken and chips is hard to beat! They’ve added a few different things to their menu in the past years and you can tell they are doing everything right as they’re always busy! Boss man and team are great, always have a bit of a laugh. You can tell they take pride in their menu as meat quality it top notch Highly recommended, some might say prices are too high but the quality is there so what more could you ask for : See you soon chicken experts !
A great local chicken shop in Mount Waverley. Located in Hamilton Place, The Chicken Experts offers standard chicken shop prices, and decent customer service. Our personal favourites are the roast chooks, chicken strips, and their chips. Make sure to ask for chicken salt because it makes everything taste that much better. The food is always hot and fresh. There is never an issue with asking for it to be freshly made, as long as you’re willing to wait. Can get a bit busy during peak times so keep this in mind. Ample parking in the Hamilton Place strip of shops.
Unfortunately, the worst experience I've ever had. The chicken is NOT "charcoal chicken", it looks and tastes like woolworths' roast chicken. It was also not cooked well and was mostly pink. The garlic sauce had no resemblance to garlic sauce, it tastes like yogurt. The Tabouli was so dry and had no lemon juice, just cut parsley and missing key ingredients. Utter disappointment and dissatisfaction.
Just stopped in for lunch and hubby & I had a chicken burger each... Yum, yum, yum, yum YUUUUMMMM is all I can say So fresh and chicken was SO GOOD OMG
The best chicken shop ever!! The fried chicken is much tastier than I've had anywhere else. The souvlaki is so big, I have to ask the staff to cut it in half for me so I can save half for later. The fried chicken burger is to die for, you must try this if you haven't yet!! The staff are lovely and work as a great team, they are always having a laugh together!
Atrocious. Ordered large chips, small seafood salad, gravy and 2 chicken rolls. Total came to $55. Picked up the food and there was only one chicken roll. After making me wait for another 5 mins 20 mins in total, I was charged AGAIN for the chicken roll I already ordered. $65 for that?! Never visiting again. Absolute shocker. “We heard you say 2, but the person who took your order only put 1 through”. So how is that MY problem? Note to the owner who replied: I actually never ordered the Greek salad. So … thanks for charging me for something I didn’t order, while not charging me for the thing you yourself said you heard me order ‍‍

Best spicy chicken burger in Melbourne. The thigh fillet was super juicy and succulent. Great value for money, couldn’t recommend more!!
The chicken experts really do live up to their name! the chicken was super crispy and scrumptious. The sweet girl behind the counter i think her name was ange was just a gem. Definitely will be coming back, 5/5 stars
