The live streaming of an old friend’s funeral was appalling. I couldn’t hear most of it as it was way too windy. The equipment obviously failed.  I couldn’t make out any of the photos broadcast from a site across an oval.

Beautiful Service & preparation, was so easy at this sad time. Over a year ago now but was a calm relaxed environment Thankyou to staff & celebrant

Live stream didn't work and no video was recorded either. Family members who live in NSW and could not attend due to travel restrictions were completely let down by Pinegrove's incompetence to manage something that should be so simple in this day and age. Also being lied to by Pinegrove who told us on the day that there was a recording and then the following day that there was not just made it worse.

Totally disrepectful and unprofessional, ignored family members requests, suggest anyone who at a sad time with the passing of a loved one look elsewhere.
