They when above and beyond as far as we are concerned, exceeded our expectations. Andrew and the team at Leighborg Funeral Services were fabulous they helped us through the tuff process of arranging a funeral for my father. Nothing was a problem for Andrew or the team, we meet with Andrew, who is a really nice guy, expecting lots of stress arranging date, paper work, etc. Andrew gave a list of government bodies that we need to notify of my father’s passing, which we had not thought of. But there was stress at all in making the arrangements, Andrew guided us through the process step by step, Andrew and the team communicated with us regularly keeping us up to date with the process. They also looked after the paper work from the hospital and certificates. The hospital had made a small mistake on the paper, and Andrew knew who to contact to get that corrected very quickly. The cost was the only thing that did not meet our expectations, it was a lot less than we had expected, a lot less. Thank you to the wonderful team at Leighborg Funeral Services, for making this difficult time manageable.
I would highly recommend Lethborg Funeral Services the manner in which Andrew Dean and his staff looked after our family in the organizing of my Mothers Funeral, the professional way in which we were guided through the process made the whole experience very easy to deal with at a time when emotions are running high. Lethborg Funeral Services delivered a service following our instructions followed by a refreshments afterwards which were well catered for. A very Professional company
Andrew, Chris and Samara were very helpful. Answered all my questions and requests. Did a great job on the order of service, happy with the casket, the funeral arrangements and the flowers I ordered did not disappoint, they were lovely. The funeral went well. I would use them again, THANK YOU !
I highly recommend Lethborg Funeral Services. Philip Lethborg is the Director and Funeral Facilitator who was working with us and assisting in every way possible to make our fathers funeral a beautiful celebration of his life, excellent work Phil. We had lot's of compliments on how the funeral was directed and the simple setting having it at the Deloraine Rotary Club over looking the farm land. Philip's smile and great sense of humour made dealing with the loss of our father much easier. Highly recommend Phil.
Cannot highly recommend Andrew and his team enough for how well he supported us in such a hard time of our lives with the loss of our Mum and Wife. As it comes to the 1 year memorial of her death, the beautiful card we just received was very warming to read. Thank you for everything you did and we'll be forever grateful for everything. We recently had to plan my brothers funeral, which I had never done before, Andrew and staff were amazing in helping us give Garb the best send off, Nothing was an issue if we asked it was done, so professional so caring and thoughtful. Great service prior to funeral, but very disappointing when it came to their obligations on post-funeral agreement. Extreme stress caused by their failure to manifest post agreement promises. I would not use this company again.
They were extremely professional, friendly and did a great job for my mother in law's funeral.
