Cute little place, packing some serious flavours! I went in with my wife and her cousin from overseas after taking her around Auckland CBD showing her how lovely our city was. I was a bit uncertain about the choice of restaurant as I've never dined here. My doubts were busted as our meals were served. All three of us ordered different meals but they were all delicious. I'm a man who likes a big meal but it wouldn't be fair to ask for a big meal here. This was a quite nice, cute restaurant with a stylish feel.

The location was nice but the food was garbage. I got the smoked salmon and what I got was a plate full of grated carrot & diakon with literally about 1 tablespoon of salmon flakes mixed in. My partner got the steak, asked for it medium well done and got it served to him rare, and his chips were well overcooked. Also, the salt on the table was in a little pot that who knows how many people before us have been putting their fingers in which I find really gross and unhygienic. We asked for a whisky which they then came back and said they had run out of so we asked for another 2 different whisky's on their list which they had also run out of. I find it weird for a resturant to run out of liquor, especially 3 different types on their list.

Cool, but expensive place. Expensive and weird cocktails, okay wine and beer selection and good snack menu. Good service.
