Kinetica has been my yoga studio for a year and it's been a blast. The studio is always clean, gets plenty of natural sunlight and facilitates a calm but energising experience. They hold a range of classes from very chill yin to I'm-going-to-be-sore-for-a-long-time intense progressive. Every instructor has been professional but brought their own personality and I've enjoyed classes from all of them. Would highly recommend giving them a go!
Classes are excellent, and the overall positive vibe makes it motivating for me to take part every week. Highly recommend all the teachers of the different types of yoga.
Enjoyed classes, could remember particularly Heather classes weekend morning class. First had access when called "Momentum Yoga ", 30 Days Unlimited Yoga $55, 2019. Prices have changed significantly since then. Heat classes were great.
A great place to practice yoga. Beautiful welcoming space and such a lovely sense of community.
I really enjoy the many different teachers that guide us through our practice at momentum. They are always friendly and offer great adjustments or instruction. I think they all have different styles which keeps the practice fresh!! I always enjoy my practice when I go! And the new location allows for more wall supported practice too!
I’ve been going to yoga classes at Momentum for a year and I can highly recommend the studio. All of the teachers are wonderful and the studio environment is lovely.
Momentum provided me with a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into the studio, from the welcoming staff, the complimentary herbal tea, the soothing sounds and relaxing aromas as you are greeted, to the caring teachers who are highly communicative with their directions allowing you to get the most of your experience...highly recommended
