I was so excited to check out this place after seeing their Instagram page, my friend and I travelled for 50 minutes thinking it would be so worth the drive. But it was such a let down. The rainbow coffees looked amazing, but were cold. The food wasn’t great either, soggy and also cold (We had eggs Benedict). But more importantly the staff (one in particular) were incredibly rude when we found HAIR in the food. They refused a refund and when I questioned her about it she got very snobby with me and had the whole head wobble on when speaking back to me. Such terrible customer service.

Food presented well but was not reflective in taste. 
Shakes were ridiculously sweet to the point we could finish with of them. 
Service was fine.

Seriously one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. The cafe is quite  far from the city but absolutely worth the trip! The location is very quite and strangely gives a beach vibe. Make sure to check out the blackboard on the left when you enter for some special menu! I was lucky to try the rainbow latte and their signature rainbow coffee!

Food is delicious and the staff are so bubbly and welcoming.  I really enjoy coming to piggy back cafe

Love love love this place! Tucked away in a not so “trendy” area, this is a beautiful little cafe! Staff were all lovely, food was delicious and the pricing is fair. The rainbow coffee is a MUST try, highly recommend.
